Day 40 (24 August 2013)

No changes in the routine. I haven't seen any negative PIs so that is good and will continue with the same routine. I will measure in a few days but for right now my main worry is my porn-induced ED problem. I have gone around 4 or 5 days without porn, masturbation, fantasies and it feels like I can definitely handle this type of thing since I am not quitting my PE routine. I guess it is easier because the stimulation of the PE is like an unintentional form of masturbation even though I don't come close of ejaculation or a full erection.

I think when I am cured of the ED I will add in a stretch to counteract turkey neck because I feel that is somewhat unavoidable. However, I have seen that the creator of the reverse erect skin stretch made note that it has helped him out with eliminating a bit of his turkey neck.

Rest day

Notes: Today I had somewhat of a morning erection. It wasn't rock hard or anything but it was something. No spontaneous erections today, sadly. I am just hoping this ED doesn't last for half a year or anything. I am just going to try my best and hope everything gets fixed within a couple of months and that I return back to normal.

Notes: Tomorrow I am going to see if using a lighter grip will help EQ since it seems that I haven't seen any EQ increased out of the whole time I have been on the JP90 routine. As a side note, I had my first day of college and it was a really nice experience.

Day 43 (27 August 2013)

Today was rather bad. I was losing my erection level that I needed to be in during my jelqs and I just feel a big loss in libido lately. I don't feel the desire for really much of anything. I don't feel the need to masturbate all that much. Sure there are some moments where I do feel the urge but I hold myself back to continue what I am doing in hopes that this ED goes away and my hard rock erections return as well as spontaneous erections throughout the day. I have heard that no porn and masturbation along with fantasies can create periods of "flatlining", having a loss in overall libido in what is called as a system reboot at porn-induced ED help forums have called and that I think I am starting to fall in this period of time.

I realized that I haven't been doing the reverse kegels in the stretching so I am adding those in. I am having trouble feeling the actual kegel when I do them but according to one of the people that wrote about them, he said that these reverse kegels were stretching the pelvic floor muscles and not contracting them causing tension like regular kegels.

My desire for this ED situation to go away has dramatically increased to where I feel that I would do anything to get over this hump. When it comes to increasing EQ, edging is the way to go. However I read on those ED forums that doing edging while abstaining from all masturbation, porn, etc. would be detrimental to my progress. I forget how a few people explained it so I will have to take a look again.

Day 44 (28 August 2013)

Forced rest day

Notes: I woke up in the morning with a semi-hard on and decided I wanted to measure myself, but when I got done measuring myself (no gains) I decided that I had enough of denying myself from masturbation and relapsed on masturbation. I went 8 days without masturbation and release until this morning. I haven't relapsed on porn, though, which is a very good thing.

Looking back I remember the first few weeks of the JP90 routine. I would easily get hard from doing the V jelqs and it seems now that it isn't happening anymore. It has been just over a month and I am now thinking that I overtrained myself without knowing, resulting in a loss of EQ. I remember having to look at porn a couple times before I started this no porn/masturbation ordeal to cope with this EQ loss when jelqing. I know I have been making changes recently to my routine and it seems that I am going to be making another today. Today I will return back to the very original JP90 routine, cut out the extra stretch I had in, use a light grip with jelqing, and continue no porn with masturbation.

Also, I am going to decrease my masturbation to when I truly feel the desire to ejaculate and not arouse my cock from flaccid to an erect state. Probably once if not twice a week. I won't allow myself to get addicted to masturbating as to where I did it multiple times a day in a certain point of my life.

I hope by the middle of next month or hopefully before that I will see an increase in EQ. I've got my fingers crossed because it feels like an agonizing torture knowing my cock is not at a healthy state like it used to be in.

I am going to gather some resources and figure out what exactly must I do in order to fix these problems.

I have decided to restart my PE routine on September 17th (1 full week from now). I will create a rice sock to use for warm ups because I am getting rather tired of using a towel I have to reheat every minute or two.

Experiment with different PE setups and ideologies. One should work for you.

Alright yesterday ( 62nd day of PE, 17 September 2013) was my first day back on my PE routine. I am doing the very latest routine that includes the changes I made before, however I made another slight tweak in the routine.

I changed from using a hot towel for warming up to a rice sock and there was one hell of a difference! I only had to heat up the rice sock twice for the 15 minute warm up I did as opposed to having to re-heat the towel every minute or two. Best change in the routine so far!

Notes: I don't recall this happening to me before, but I started to get hard from the stretching. I don't recall having this happen and it makes me ponder if that means that my EQ (Erection Quality) is going up. Only time will tell that's all I've got to say.

I decided to measure myself in the morning and see if I lost any gains from my 2+week hiatus of PE.

Current measurements:
BPEL: 18 cm (7.08 in)
NBPEL: 16 cm (6.29 in)
MSEG: 13.5 cm (5.31 in)

My main goals of PE is to both increase size of length and girth but to also cure my ED so I am probably going to make a day tracker in my log dedicated to my efforts to beat my ED.

Today I forgot to put away time to do my PE workout. Since I have started college already I need to set up a usual time I will be able to do my PE workout.

I complete my routine without problem and the only thing I notice is that unlike before I start to get hard during the stretches. I think it might be because of the rice sock doing a much better job warming my ligs and everything.

Day 65 (20 September 2013)

I should have done my workout in the morning since I went to work at 5 PM and came back home dog tired a little past 11 PM. All I can say is that being a dishwasher is not a fun job at all.

Day 66 (21 September 2013)

Still need to do the workout. I'll edit my post with the details on that afterwards.

Day 69 (24 September 2013)

Today was rather garbage, I must say. I had problems keeping the right erection level and I kept having trouble jelqing. The skin from my scrotum was riding up as I did my jelqing. The session lasted longer than I wanted and y the end of the it I was feeling rather bad. I felt bad because of the trouble caused by the scrotal skin riding up as I tried to jelq. I read up on some threads and I am going to try and keep my ball skin from riding up by applying a hair tie to my balls when I jelq.

I decided not to measure myself today because of my PE session I had.

Notes: I decided that I am not going to measure myself until the 90th day and see if I gained because I don't want to be unmotivated by measuring too much.

Today went rather well. I am sticking to the routine and I had some trouble with becoming too erect with my jelqs at the very beginning of the exercises. It felt like I was doing week 1 of JP90 all over again. I am not sure what the cause of it but it was rather amusing on my part. I masturbated after my jelqing was done. I don't have any reason except that I was in the mood even though I've been trying to get myself to abstain from masturbation as much as possible while I continue to be porn free.

Failed to do exercise. I lost track of time and by the time I could do it I was too tired to commit to doing it.

Failed to do exercise again. I didn't have the appropriate time window to do my exercise.

Notes: I think I should focus on doing my exercises in the early morning or something because i seem to be getting bad luck with unexpected plans in my life blocking me from doing my PE exercises.

Exercises went fairly well. I am starting to get in more of the habit of doing the exercises like a routine.

I was actually surprised to have gathered enough time of my own to do the exercise since I thought I would be rather busy on my birthday (19 years old Woohoo! :D) but plans got cut short and got an extra hour or two to my advantage. The workout went really well. After a few days I've grown used to doing the jelqs while sitting. I am not sure if standing is better but I am sure. My unit feels larger but I haven't measured myself in a while since I plan on measuring on the last day of JP90.

Notes: I use a hair tie on my scrotum to not allow any skin to be dragged up while jelqing and then forming a Turkey neck. The tie can be real bothersome as it clamps down on my scrotum skin with fairly strong restrictive force. After a session it is common to find a red ring lining the area that was bound up. After a half an hour the red lining is gone and it sometimes worry me slightly that I shouldn't use the hair tie even though it does the absolute best job than all the other things I've used to hold my scrotum skin down. I've also gotten into doing Reverse Erect Skin Stretches to also combat any future turkey neck.

Things seem to be looking quite good as of right now. I'll be sure to keep myself up to date with my progress log so I don't end up creating a lengthy post categorizing days that had already passed.

Day 86 (9 October 2013)

The warm up and stretches went well. The jelqing part of the exercise is another story. I don't know whether it was that my mind was in a fog as my physical energy and mental energy was drained quite a bit, but the performance of my exercise was not great.

This afternoon I decided that I'd go on a 3 mile run but when I was running I decided to turn it into my longest run ever which was 7.5 miles, beating my previous long distance run by 1.5 miles. Needless to say I was very tired. I had a real tough time keeping my erection up at the time of the jelqing and it just made me feel as though the session wasn't that great.

I made talk about me having ED and how I was recently quitting porn and masturbation a couple of weeks ago, but I failed and today I am restarting the commitment to doing it again. It is real tough giving up stuff that you've used for years but when it comes to hampering with my health, the habit must stop. So starting tomorrow (since I am posting this late at night where I live) I'll restart this anti-porn and masturbation routine I did a couple of weeks ago.

Day 87 (10 October 2013)

Pre-workout notes: Felt definite turtling happening throughout today and it got me slightly worried. I measured my flaccid size and it was half an inch less than it usually is. I believe I overworked myself last night. I was using a rather tight grip and lost count of reps on the jelqs and most likely did too many with the tight grip. So this next workout I went with a light grip and kept track with the reps.

Workout notes: The workout went great. Warm up was superb like usual. My entire cock felt nice and hot. The rice sock is awesome! Stretches seem to be the most boring part of the routine.

Jelqing went great as well. I was able to hold an erection in a decent erection level. Quite a few times I had too stop because I was getting too aroused and then I would get back to it.

Warm downs feel great just like they do when starting a PE workout.

I don't know why but I decided to put some lotion on my dick to keep them moisturized. I guess I am a little weird.

Notes about log: I know many people here that update their logs post the exercise that they did every time but for me I don't. I am sorry if I may seem lazy but I don't feel like repeating blocks of text that are the same workout as the days before with no change in the reps. I'll post logs with my routine when I make a change.
