Just “reset” my numbers after my long layoff.

I lost 0.25” in length, but width stayed the same (makes sense since I did not gain girth). So I’m at 7” now. My plan going forward is going to be basically the P90, with Bathmate added in. And I’m going to also add AM to see if it can improve EQ. My thought process with using Bathmate is because of my lack of girth gains the first year.

So I'm back after nearly 3 year long break from PE ... man ... do I miss it. I started my journey with 6.25" BPEL and 5" MEG, and got up to 7.25" BPEL and still 5" MEG at the one year mark!

However, the time off killed my EQ, and COVID added weight so my fat pad is bigger (can't even see the shaft with this stress belly!). Ugh! I miss my big dick, and I'm under 7" now and near 6.5" with crappy EQ.

So now I'm armed with an extender, ADS, and hanger, plus a bunch of other toys for my tool box. I also have more knowledge to use the toys, way more than I did 4 years ago, and I know the secrets about what PE is ... so I'm shooting big and here's to hoping I can maintain this commitment and the sacrifice needed.

Looking to increase 30% from what I am now, so 8.5" BPEL and 6.5" MEG ... and lower my BMI from 33 to under 30 (then 29, 28, 27 ... until I'm at a healthy weight)

Well, one thing I’ve learned. Losing EQ and no maintenance has really made it tough on Big Boy. Looks like I lost 0.75”. What I think it also means is that most improvement is due to EQ, which makes sense … as you need good blood flow to expand … but this may mean most gains are EQ related for me 3 years ago. I’m now 55, so EQ is not as good as back then, so I need to focus on that.

So these are my stats as I ramp up my PE in round1:

Initial (2017): 6.25” BPEL, 5.0” MEG
Best (Dec. 2018): 7.25” BPEL, 5.125” MEG

Round 2:
Initial (11/2021): 6.50” BPEL, 5.125” MEG

GOAL (30% increase in length and girth): 8.50” BPEL, 6.50” MEG

Routine for the week was:

MWF
Kegels, Kegels, and more Kegels
Warm Up (Jelq, Stretches, and heat)
Compression Hanging (3 lb) for 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of Jelq, 3 rounds
Clamping, 5 minutes, followed by 1 minute jelq.
Vacuum ADS for 2 hours, followed by Stealth or Sleeve for 2 more.

Just made an abrupt change of plans. I’m holding off on hanging, and going back to the standard routine (jelq/stretching) until I plateau. I’m also going to use US therapy to clean some plaque and increase blood flow… getting old and I think I’m just not hard enough.

New Device #1 has arrived. Using a Phoenix Acoustic Therapy to break up the plaque in my cock. I am 55 now, and my erections tend to be weaker, so for the few weeks of treatment, it may help with EQ. I am also using a sleeve to stretch and an IR pad to provide heat. Phoenix says to pump so I may during this treatment period. Maybe I will get some gains.

I have been using the Phoenix for over a week. I am fairly pleased so far. For me, I do feel like it has helped improve my lack of morning wood. More to come as I follow that recommended program. Note, I still have not started active PE yet, but should be starting soon. I figure by the end of the year.

While using the Phoenix, I have started vacuum hanging.

20 Dec results

Pre-BPFSL = 17.8
Post BPFSL = 18.0
Strain 1.12%

15 min @ 1.5# stretch
30 min @ 2.0# heat
15 min @ 2.5# cool down

Better yet why not try the latest method, "The SABRE Techniques" that supposedly replaces all traditional methods of PE? No jelch, no pulls, no hang, no stretch, no pumps... Nothing dangerous to the vessels.

New method for me.

Will now move into hanging. First vacuum hanging at the lighter weights and then compression hanging. Will also add clamping in the same time.

Just to report on the Phoenix. Overall my morning wood has improved, so my thoughts are it has helped with plaque buildup. So I’ll give that a thumbs up.

Very pleased so far with hanging and clamping. Erection Quality is off the charts for me. no length gains to report, but girth has increased.

BPEL = 6.875
MEG = 5.25

Length Goal achieved!
Girth goal within reach.

So my length is now 7” again and my girth is up to 5.25” When my EQ is 10/10. I’m very pleased with the overall results In girth so far. I knew I could get the length, but always had doubts about the girth until earlier this month. Girth is due to clamping for sure.

I just upped the weights. Current routine is vacuum hanging with heat followed by vacuum extending.
10 min at 4#
45 min at 6#
10 min at 7#

vacuum extending I try to keep on for 9 hours. I then clamp 4 sets at 5 minutes per set.

For this cycle, I’m going to increase weight more frequently based on PI. I think that needs to happen.

Revised goal is 7.25 by 5.5”

Well … looks like I injured myself with all the vac hang and extending. For two weeks I have been dealing with a constant a “tingling” sensation on the left side of my glans. From what I can tell, it is nerve damage.

This sucks For sure.

Over 1 month, dick still broken, but not as bad as ”tingling” at the glans is not as constant. I assume it is slowly healing.

Okay, healed up my dick after a long layoff ... feels way better, and I gave it another two months ...

So, I'm back at it but have totally changed my routine. Starting a progressive overload with compression hangings, some vacuum extending, and then passive healing sleeve with clamping thrown in. Starting out very light for this cycle. Wish me luck! lol

My first cycle using the Progressive Overload approach ended just before Christmas. Starting Cucyle#2 today. I'm glad to say that I got 1/8" ... but maybe more as I'm being conservative. I'll monitor the gains over the next 2 weeks, and see what sticks. Looking forward to this cycle.

So I’ve been taken pre-and post BPFSL measurements and from cycle 1, to a week into cycle 2 … I’m seeing gains.

Cycle 1 (start)
Pre BPFSL = 18.7cm
Post BPFSL = 19.0 cm

Cycle 2 (start)
Pre BPFSL = 19.0 cm
Post BPFSL = 19.2 cm

This is positive and corresponds to my 1/8" growth. I've also did a measurement of my MEG when clamping. It's around 5.5", so if I can fill into that, I'd be stoked. Going to keep this cycle consistent, for sure.

I think I'm going to stop Cycle 2 after 22 days ... weights are getting to heavy ... so need to recondition. Also, I wasn't able to keep the gains at 7.125 ... so I'm going to perhaps say that was an error ... I'll check again after the rest. However, the girth gains are confirmed! :)

Just going to track a little differently. I’m just listing the pre BPFSL, since it seems duplicative.

Cycle 1 (Start)
Pre BPFSL = 18.7cm

Cycle 2 (start)
Pre BPFSL = 19.0 cm

Cycle 3 (start)
Pre BPFSL = 19.3

So my BPFSL increased a little more. I hope this cycle is also going to show results!
