Okay, I forgot to post my start. And to boot, I was a week in To Cycle 4. Larger than I expected, so we’ll see if it was a measuring anomaly.

Cycle 1 (start)
BPFSL = 18.7cm

Cycle 2 (start)
BPFSL = 19.0 cm

Cycle 3 (start)
BPFSL = 19.3 cm

Cycle 4 (start + 1 week)
BPFSL = 19.7 cm

I hope it is legitimate Stretch.

Here are stats for cycle 4 and 5

Cycle 1 (Start 12/9/23)
Pre BPFSL = 18.7cm

Cycle 2 (start 1/10/24)
Pre BPFSL = 19.0 cm

Cycle 3 (start 2/8/24)
Pre BPFSL = 19.3

Cycle 4 (start 3/17/24)
Pre BPFSL = 19.7

Cycle 3 (start 4/15/24)
Pre BPFSL = 19.8

So my BPFSL jump from cycle 3 to 4 held. Very happy for that. I’ll need to see if any BP gains, but doesn’t look like it.

At 14th day of current cycle, just ran into that old "tingling glans" injury that had me sidelined for a few months last year. This time, I just stopped and it seems to have gone away after 3 days ... but I'm going to give myself at least a full week or even two.

I started to wonder what exercise it was. Right now, I'm thinking it is the vacuum extending. At first, I thought maybe the obvious would be the hanging, but my notes are poor regarding what happened the first time ... lesson learned ... take good notes!!!!

On another note, it is possible I reached my new goal of 7.25" and 5.5" girth. I do think I hit the girth number, but the length is shaky. Standing up and measuring, it does appear so. Laying down and measuring, I'm still shy by 1/8"

Just started up again after being off since 8 May, so about 35 days rest. (Had that "tingling glans" thing again, which resolved itself in about 3-4 days … but when I stopped, I got lazy. Guess I needed a mental break.)

However, did some measuring and confirmed that my cock is 5.5" MEG. Length is 7.25" at my hardest … so not 100% consistent, but when I'm at the edge, that's where I'm at.

Anyway, started cycle 6. Onward to the next goal. Really hoping I can get there.

Had to take a bit longer hiatus / decon, but I’m back at it. I hope to reach my new goal. I’ve made decent gains, and I’m not sure if any is left in the tank, but here it goes.

Also, I’ll be trying lighter, but longer, hanging. At least if the time allows..

More to follow in the coming cycles..

Now that things have straightened out around home, here are starting stats for cycle 7. After that quick peak and then dip (cycles 4-6) I’m seeing an increase in Pre BPFSLafter my 5 month decon. This is good. It will be interesting to see what I will be at start of cycle 8. I did do a BPEL and Big Boy is still a nice 7.25” in length despite the long time off.

I am wondering if I was just off on measurements for cycle 4 and 5.

I was contemplating the end of my PE journey ... time / effort sort of thing ... but I did make a modification to my last routine ... and it wouldn't be fair to not see how it works ... anyway, gained another 1mm (or so I hope ... given how measuring is not an exact science anyway! - lol)

So I have been on a long decon, and to be frank, I was wondering if I should continue. But after a long mental break, I will be starting my next cycle.

I haven’t lost any length or girth from my June goal of 7.25 and 5.5 MEG, so that is great. Hopefully more length and girth are possible.

I’ve been struggling this past month finding and adjusting for what I think is my new routine. I was seriously contemplating TM’s progressive overload strategy. But after last year and 8 cycles … I think that played out.

I’m about to embark on a lighter workout, still daily, but using lighter weights and alternating length and girth days. I’ll post what a week looks like after I do a little more research.

Finally developed my plan for the next Cycle (of 3 months).

Monday = Length + Girth
Tuesday = Length
Wednesday = Girth focus
Thursday = Length
Friday = Combo
Saturday = light/recovery
Sunday = full rest

Length days consist of hanging followed by traction. Load will increase weekly by 0.5# per week while hanging. Traction to increase to 4 hours over time. Then Sleeve after traction for healing and turtle prevention. Overall, I’m still using progressive overload, but not as aggressive as TM suggests.

Girth will be pumping on a regular basis, which is a first for me. I’m looking forward to see gains there, as I’ve been somewhat slower in that arena. I think I have a lot of potential there.

FIR, Jelqs, and kegels thrown in as required.

We’ll see.

Week 1
Hanging 3# 2-3 sets
Traction 2-2.5 hr
Pump 2x10 min

My stats are around 7.25 and 5.5. Sometimes little less depending on EQ. So we’ll say these are current. I haven’t seen myself go past these, so that is my absolute max I’ve seen to date.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

So I’m at Week 6 of my current cycle (9). I have been consistent so far, and I think I may be just over 7.25” now. I’m not going to call it, as it is so tough to get accurate measurements even if it is bone pressed. So I’m going to give it some more time. Lol
