Most of these types of more expensive two stage vacuums such as the one from thickwall cylinders, phenom professional and LA pump mushroom head vacuums all talk about temporary gains of up to 30% (even the bathmate and many air pumps make these temporary claims but they also contribute to permanent ones) . My question is whether or not these could be inlude in a PE routine to give your glans a permanant bit of extra size and if anyone has used these types of vacuums before?

I haven't but when I did tension wrapping I got a permanent size increase. Also the quick extender pro made my ridge much larger.
