Nice morning clamp...interrupted
2 minute warm up clamp then clamp released and reapplied for max engorgement
15 minute clamp at max with continuous stroking, manual squeezes, ULIs, sliding ULIs
Just after the 15 minute mark, I was doing a reverse sliding ULI moving to the base of my penis when the clamp gave way from the pressure...too bad, and no backup clamp handy...so that ended a great morning clamp.
Tomorrow will be a Sabbath rest day...I'll resume clamping Monday...this time with a backup clamp ready:cool:

15 minute clamp at max engorgement
This was my second afternoon clamp...a good one
Clamp was calling once again...so good to be clamping again after a break
Total time clamped today 45 minutes...so far...

Clamped for 20 minutes with continuous edging/ULIs, sliding ULIs, and lots of manual squeezes.
Last 5 minutes used a second clamp for sliding ULI, just below my glans, midshaft, and at my base.
It was good first morning session. Finished thick and heavy.
No cumming...

It's all about GIRTH
After 7 years here in the gym, I'm convinced clamping is the best form of PE for girth. It's also fun to clamp.
Just did my second morning clamp. This time only a 15 minute clamp well engorged and with good color.
Lots of stroking, thrusting, edging, manual squeezes and sliding ULIs.
Finished thick and heavy. Comfort sleeve left on as girth band.
No cumming...nice session

Read through a bit of your log, its great. I've been clamping as well lately, and am a bigtime believer. I know a guy from when I first started PE who recommended clamping and no cumming big time. He's on Thuders and here (hydeaway85). He's made major gains from this method as well.

Clamping definitely adds girth and it's fun as well.
Hydewaway 85 is a friend through Thundersplace and PEGYM as well. He's been clamping longer a lot longer than me. I've actually been clamping on about 6 years, but with great gains.
Hydeaway also clamps without cumming. We save the good stuff for our wives!
For clamping to work, you just have to keep at it. I'd be at 6 inches if I hadn't taken some time off...but I'm getting close.

I do 2 10 minute sessions in the morning, and am thinking of increasing time to 15, as well as adding a evening session as well. Think thats enough? I've been clamping off for a while, but its been a part of my full-time routine about 4 weeks now.

Years ago, the going thought was no clamping beyond 10 minutes. I began increasing my clamps to 15, then 20, 30 and finally to 60 minutes. It may be that I was well conditioned and that's what allowed me to do that.
You should try going beyond 10 minutes and make sure your sensation and color is good. I definitely get red going towards purple sometimes, but that's never been a problem. On the long clamps, I will sometimes release the clamp, kegel as I drive the clamp to my pubic bone to engorge my shaft as much as possible. I don't have any goal in mind in terms of time in my clamp, but I like 15-20 minute sessions with constant stroking, squeezes and sliding ULIs. I think total time clamped will work out to 45-60 minutes a day. Hope that helps. Do you use a silicone comfort sleeve? I think that's important for long clamps. Hydeaway goes bare. I've done that, but need something for the longer clamps, so I use an LG silicone sleeve about 3/4 inch wide.

Congrats on being Member of the Month last October. Impressive since you joined in May! It took me about 18 months to get that honor!

I really enjoyed pumping, but I don't think I did it long enough to see real gains. I got a blood blister on my glans which kind of turned me off from pumping...just when I was really getting into it.
As far as color goes, I am probably a deep red purple most of my time clamping. My glans gets a little cool, but sensation is always fine. I will back off a click sometimes when I'm really engorged, but I really want max engorgement as much as possible. I will put on a second clamp just below my glans and slide it down toward my base. I usually add a second clamp for the last 5 minutes of a 15-20 minute clamp. My Palmer's moisturizing gel oil keeps me well lubed so it's easy to do that comfortably.

15 Minutes Clamped
Nice first clamp. Well engorged nice veins
Mainly stroking first 5 minutes then manual squeezes for 5 minutes and used second clamp for last 5 minutes.
Great workout and finished with good color, thick and heavy

Girth training - 3rd session today
20 minute clamp with good color and EQ throughout. Lots of manual squeezes the first 10 minutes.
Second clamp applied below my glans, along the shaft and at the base from 10-15 minutes into the clamp.
Last five minutes lots of stroking with second clamp applied behind my balls for last minute.
Very good color and thick/heavy at the end. Comfort sleeve left on as a girth band for an hour.
Nice session. I'm not sure if I'll do another today. Right now total clamping is 50+ minutes.

20 Minute Clamp followed by 15 minute clamp
Today should have been a rest day. I had lousy EQ and trouble maintaining good engorgement during my first 20 minutes of clamping. Had to go behind my balls to really get the expansion I wanted. Ended that session and rested a few minutes with my girth band on. Began stroking again in the shower and wow did my EQ begin to rage.
Put my clamp back on and had a great 15 minute clamp with nice color, thick and well engorged throughout. Used a second clamp throughout the entire 15 minutes, moving it from below my glans to different spots on my shaft...usually having second clamp on for 30-45 seconds.
Second session really made up for the first.
Total time clamped this morning 35 minutes...girth band on for an hour
