i've just found the site..great info...anyways my question is what can i do as a beginner to get more girth...length is not really my issue...i mean i guess it could always get longer but i am about 6.25" EL but only about 4.5" EG....i really want to add some girth but most of the beginners exercisies seem to be geared towards gaining lenght...am i incorrect in assuming this...or are there exercises i can get into that wont be too risky

Why would you say most of the beginning exercises are geared towards length? The three most fundamental exercies to PE are:
Kegel: Provides hardness, penis health, increased size for many men, increased stamina, and many other benfits
Jelq: Provides girth and Length
Basic Stretch: Provides length, but is also good for hardness and--in your case--preparing your penis to expand outward. So you'll want to do a few minutes of basic stretching even if you don't want length.
Bottom line: Don't skip the beginning exercises. You'll gain less, and possible injure yourself because your penis won't be ready.
