Introduction: Currently 7/5, hoping for 7/5.5, dreaming of 7/6.

My girlfriend loves when we use a girth sleeve after I have warmed up a while, but I figured it would be cool if a little more of that was me.

I started PE back in 2003 but never saw particularly promising results. I'm hoping to get back into it with a regular routine (3-4x/week) and see if I can't actually get some kind of noticeable effect. I would absolutely love it if any more knowledgeable posters would give me feedback on my training methods whenever possible.

Session #1 1/1:
4 min hot towel for warmup
~1 min stretching forward
50 dry jelqs mid to tip, 50 dry jelqs base to mid @ >60%
5 minutes of threats with some breaks included: 4 sections, 5 seconds per section
5 minutes of holds with some breaks included: 15 second base hold to get up toward 100%, then "slick rick" on head and hold for 10 seconds
5 min hot water for warmdown
Overall EQ 8 out of 10
Observations: Nice redness after dry jelqs. Re-read this thread* on cheekycherry and was a bit more bold with the slick rick than previously; consequently, it seemed to go quite well without being dangerous. Broke the 5-hour rule afterward, but could hardly resist. :-/

Session #2: 1/2:
5 min hot towel for warmup
~1 min stretching forward
50 dry jelqs mid to tip, 50 dry jelqs base to mid @ >60%
7 minutes of threats with some breaks included: 4 sections, 5 seconds per section
7 minutes of holds with some breaks included: ~30 seconds at base @ 100% per hold
5 min hot water for warmdown
Overall EQ 7 out of 10
Observations: EQ was a bit lower than last session on dry jelqs, but it picked up a bunch during the holds and was probably a 9. 30 seconds felt comfortable for a base hold. I like doing it for time rather than trying to focus on number of reps; I'll probably stick with this metric and just vary the lengths of the holds between training sessions.

Also, if anyone has pictures of 7x5.5ers and 7x6ers, please post or link them so I can have a goal to visualize!

Welcome g1rthseeker. I too started early 2003. Your exercise descriptions are unknown to me. What forums were you at previously? (jP

Thanks. I mostly read CheekyCherry, I think, but I didn't actively post. I randomly stumbled onto this site recently and was impressed by how organized the information was and how knowledgeable people seemed, so I figured I'd start posting my logs at the very least.

I'm the same way. I began over @ cheeky cherry years ago... didn't seem too 'bangin' so when I stumbled across this place.. I left CC and created my log and have been updating it here. (I do have a log over @ CC, but I don't visit it often)

Consider me sub'd to this log.

To clarify for other readers:

Threat: clamp with ok-grip, starting at the base, and hold for x number of seconds. After that, clamp again with an ok grip a bit higher up. In my case, I do it in 4 sections, and I lightly jelq up between sections instead of completely releasing the grip. I also make small adjustments to kegel in more blood as I go.

I think the holds are self-evident.

The "slick rick" technique was the one I linked to already.

Session #3: 1/3: ~400-500 fast kegels during the day.
Observations: Planning on training kegels when in the car or before bed on days when I'm not doing regular training.

Ok girth seeker, that is not a beginer routine, but then I gather you are not a beginer.

Use extream caution with that slick rick move ,it is most definitely an advanced move.

Session #4 1/5

Session #4 1/5

Ok girth seeker, that is not a beginer routine, but then I gather you are not a beginer.

That seems fair. I did some PE stuff off and on for the last 4 years or so. I tried to stick with a beginner's length routine for a while but was discouraged by a lack of results; since then, I've experimented with various length and girth routines but haven't maintained consistency. I'm guessing that my physiology is somewhat resistant to basic PE techniques.

Use extream caution with that slick rick move ,it is most definitely an advanced move.

Thanks for your concern. I'll try. I've been doing them, and other techniques, for a while now, and haven't experienced any worrisome pressure or any injuries more severe than a few blood spots here and there when I applied too much pressure on wet jelqs. Recently, I saw a video linked from this site on clamping, and I'd say that the Slick Rick technique (at least as far as I have done it) is a bit less dangerous than clamping, from what I've seen.

Session #4 1/5:
~5 min warmup with hair dryer on high, which works very well but probably isn't economically efficient. some forward stretches during warmup.
50 dry jelqs mid to tip, 50 base to mid.
8 minutes w/ breaks included threats (4 sections, 5 seconds per section)
10 minutes w/ breaks included slick rick (15 seconds base + 10 seconds base and tip compressed)
5-10 min hot shower warmdown
Observations: Felt like I didn't do quite enough, but I figured it would be more productive to stop, rather than try to press on with some unscheduled PE work and accidentally orgasm and have poor bloodflow for the next few hours. I feel pretty good about my training sessions so far.

If any more experienced readers come across this, I would like some feedback on a couple things:

1. Do my workouts seem long/strenuous enough for girth gains?
2. After what period of time have people typically seen girth gains? I feel like it typically takes people longer than with length gains, but I am not sure how long to maintain a similar routine until I should note the lack of progress and change things up.

Thanks for reading!

Session #5 1/8: 200 kegels

Session #6 1/9:
5 min warmup with rice sock
50 dry jelqs mid to tip, 50 base to mid
7 min threats (4 sections, 5 seconds each)
7 min double base hold, 30 seconds each: This was something that I came up with myself (that I am sure others have independently invented themselves), inspired by the doubling clamping video "stillwantmore" made. The idea is to clamp as low as possible with an ok grip, palms inward, with my right hand, and do the same with the left hand just above it. As expected, this increased the success of trapping blood, with the nice benefit of not increasing discomfort to the held area, which I would get by trying to achieve with a stronger grip with just one hand. I'd use this again.
Observations: EQ was average and dipped a bit toward the end for psychological reasons; I don't consider it a negative PI.

Just noticed that I received some excellent feedback from a veteran poster via PM.

Session #7 1/10:
5 min warmup with rice sock
10 min base ("uli") hold: 30 seconds each
5 min base hold with slight erect downward bend: 30 seconds each
5-10min warm shower warmdown
Observations: Dropping the dry jelqs for now; a veteran told me that the danger of thrombosis was probably higher than the potential payoff for someone who has been at it as long as I have. Consequently I'll be focusing primarily on hold variations. I've ordered some cable clamps to experiment with in the future. EQ was a bit sup-par today for psychological reasons. The erect bend was an interesting twist to the Uli Hold; I noticed more prominent veins as a result. I plan on incorporating it into my routine in the future. This session I actually used a stopwatch for my sets instead of counting in my head. I think I tend to count slowly by myself, so that "30 second" sets are more like 40 or 45 second sets. I plan on using the stopwatch when I can in the future for increased consistency. For fun I measured FG right before the shower around 4.625" and after the shower at about 4.5". This measurement doesn't mean a whole lot to me since, as a grower, my FG tends to fluctuate a bunch with my level of arousal, ambient temperature, etc.

My reading of the description of the Horse Squeeze here* indicates to me that the author intends to do a tight reverse jelq from the head back up to the base, but I got some feedback from another forum member suggesting that simply squeezing the head or just below it gave him better results. This version of the Horse Squeeze seems extremely similar to the Slick Rick technique I have mentioned earlier in this thread. I'll have to experiment to see if there is anything more to it.

* Horse Squeeze - Penis Exercise

Current stable of girth exercises: Base Hold, Base Hold w/ downward bend, Double Base Hold, Base Hold w/ Slick Rick (same as jelq-less Horse Squeeze?)

Session #8 1/11: 200 1-second kegels

Session #9 1/12:
5 min warmup with rice sock
5 min including breaks base hold, 30 sec each
18 min including breaks horse squeeze w/o jelq action, 60 sec each
5 min warmdown with rice sock
Observations: EQ still not fantastic, but better than last few days. In my last set of horse squeezes a vein on the top of my shaft was popping out a lot more than usual; didn't hurt, but I was worried that some kind of injury would sneak up on me before the pain hit. Maybe I'm being too conservative? In general I couldn't get the horse squeeze to add any additional pressure above the regular base hold; seems like, when I squeeze the head, blood starts draining slowly and I can't completely stop it no matter how hard I clamp with my hand. I'll give the horse squeeze a few more tries before I just stick to the base hold instead of doing both. :)

Session #10 1/13:
5-10 min warmup with rice sock
5 min, including breaks, threats (4 sections, 5 seconds per section)
10 min, including breaks, double base hold (45 seconds each)
5 min warmdown with rice sock
Observation: EQ better today but not 100% yet. I'd give the session a B. Didn't get a ton of vein bulging, but my entire shaft and head were pretty full during the exercises.

The Cable Clamps I ordered finally came today. I tried on a medium, using a sock as a wrap. I had it on for just a minute or so, but was amazed how well it retained blood even without any stimulation. I was nice and plump afterward. Crazy! I'm really excited about the idea of seriously trying it out as a technique. I'm planning on starting tomorrow with maybe two sets of two minutes so I can build my level of psychological confidence in avoiding injury gradually.

:-D

Session #11 1/14:
5 warmup
medium cable clamp with sock: 2 clicks: 2 min, 4 min. 3 clicks: 4 min.
Observations: Clamping seemed to work rather well. Still getting the feel of how tight to make the clamp. mid EG was a bit over 5.25 and base was a bit over 5.5 during the clamping. I think I have to go a click or two tighter and have longer sets to see the tell-tale post-clamp pump indicated here: Clamping Step-By-Step - Penis Exercise

Session #12 1/14 (later):
no warmup
medium cable clamp with sock: 2 clicks: 1.5 min. 3 clicks: 3 min.
5 min shower warmdown
Observations: Wanted to experiment with the clamp more. Not sure I can do more than 3 clicks at 100% with the sock as a wrap. It's a bit hard to wrap the sock consistently the same way, so I'll get a mouse pad. Felt slightly sore in the upper shaft after this session, maybe from doing too many sets for the first day, or maybe from the lack of warmup, so I'll stick with the 5 min warmup for now. I'll try to force myself to take tomorrow off. I'm impressed with how convenient the clamp is compared to hands-only exercises.

Session #14 1/17:
no warmup
5 min including breaks base holds (30 sec each)
medium cable clamp with sock: 4 clicks: 2 sets of 5 min.
5 min shower warmdown
Observations: Needed to keep stimulating in order to keep all the blood in at 4 clicks, so I might try using mouse pad instead of a sock to see if that makes a difference in case the sock is causing some slipping. Measured mid EG at 5.5 during the second set of clamps, which is the best I've measured during an exercise; usually it's been 5.25 at the same location during. This doesn't necessarily translate to gains, though.
