Frustration and helplessness after JP90

Hi lads!


I have to say, Im super frustrated. Reading all your success stories makes me despondent even more.
I have finished the JP90 program at the beginning of july, and continued until now.

My gains are exactly zero - not a single milimeter was gained, not in length, not in girth! I found that very shocking and discouraging.
(I measured several times on different days)

I was training repeatedly and with discipline. I followd every advice I could get.

In that time, I have improved my lifestyle substantially. I have worked out regularily, went jogging, lost fat, improved my fitness and changed my eating habits significantly. I have carefully listened to my body, so I exclude overtraining / soreness as a reason for my failure.
As supplements, I took Maca and Gingko and partially L-Arginine (its just very expensive where I live, so I cannot afford it).

My EQ has improved. I get relatively hard morning erections and when I wake up in the middle of the night I usually have an erection, too.
I do blame this on my advandced Kegel routine though and not on the JP90 [mornings and evenings 10min slow Kegels (10/4, 50 reps, as well as on my way to the university and back (break on weekends)]. When I stop doing my routine for some days, then EQ is as bad as before.

I ask you: Do you have any advice for me? Im so frustrated, I cant even tell. I read so many succes stories and they made me really feel optimistic. I did not expect to have a 10" ultra-dong after three months, I know it takes years to achive my goals and Im patient, disciplined and willing to do what it takes. Im alson not doing this to get extremely pornstar-style big. But ... NO gains at all? No results, no effects AT ALL? Why is that? Am I doing something wrong?

I also read some critical things about PE and jelqing, that it all was a big hoax and that (biologically) it cannot work [unfortunatley I havent saved the links where I read that]. My failure made me think about that, but I think thats rather unlikely, given the amount of success stories and if it was a hoax, SOMEBODY would write about that.

ANY advice is heartly welcomed and appreciated. Thank you very very much in advance!

You say your EQ has increased, which is a good thing. I think this means you need to step up your intensity or vary your exercises. Although I'm a newbie so you should get a more reputable opinion before taking mine seriously!

Now that your conditioned, you might want to look into one of the intermediate routines listed here in the forums. The first stage should be seen as conditioning, and any gains are a bonus. If your sure your doing everything correctly and by the book, you may need some more intensity to see gains.

Thanks for the advice. The point with "doing everything right" might be it. Because Im NOT sure if Im doing anything right.

I mean, after jelquing, I have some red dots, which is supposed to be sign that Im doing it correctly, so I was OK with that.

But I have to say, that often with jelqing, I had the problem to stay erect / get that infamousn "60-70%" erection level. It was very hard for me to achieve that always and often I just continued and did "flaccid jelqs" kinda. I have heard this puts a bigger emphasis on length (the more flaccid, the bigger the effect on length, the more erect, the bigger the effect on girth I was told), which is what I want.

I dont know ... what would be your hint, how do I Know when I have the right erection level? What if I cannot reach it? Just leave it and stop the PE-session or continuing nevertheless?

Also with strechtes. I did not feel much of a stretching sensation. And when I felt sth, I was pulling so hard it hurt my glans and there wasnt much focus on a "stretching feeling" at the base.

You do realize that the beginners program is to condition yourself before you start more advanced work. Some folks get gains; some do not. Now it's time to get more advanced and see if you can gains over the next 6 moths or so.

Time to hang BTC with a Bib and get a pump to work on girth and ego since you'll have a super chubby all day :) Gotta keep trying different things until something spurs the growth for you.. I encourage you to keep trying. One day you will post "FINALLY!" I meausred last week after hanging for 3 months and have gained 3/4 of inch!

There are a few others here who report no gains or that their gains stop coming. I think you need to have a progressive program that gets more and more intense as you can handle more and more. Sort of shock your penis into growing while coddling it along and supporting it at the same time.
