I got a question though, is there anyway to do this anonymously? Like I don't mind sending you guys my paypal id, but I'd rather not leave a review of the book under my Amazon Account. (friends and family know my account, and I'd rather them not stumble across its review)

Your friends and family know you so well they know your Amazon account?! That's intense. Sorry I don't know of a way to get around that, make a new Amazon account and then go from there??
For any who were wondering (like me), this offer is legitimate. I took a chance and ordered the book and Remek was VERY prompt in his re-imbursement. Great guy. I look forward to reading it, learning and I will definately post a review. Thanks again all!
I have a query and that is if I purchase the e-book then is there a way to get that e-book printed so that I can read it offline? Coming online every time to read the book or while doing P.E routine is very troublesome so it would be nice if I can get it printed and keep it to myself and can refer to it whenever required. Pleas let me know. if ther is no provision of getting printout of e-book then I will not buy the e-book. Thanks
Sorry, rock69: At this time the e-book is not in PDF or printable form. In the future it's possible it might be, though.
My review finally showed up, so I sent my e-mail in. When doing that, I noticed something. There is now a hardcover version of the book on amazon, that has a much later publishing date (cheaper too, oddly). I was curious if this is just a hardback printing of the earlier book, or is it another edition with new material?
You get an order confirmation from amazon via email and a copy in the box when you receive the book. Writing the review is simple and it posts pretty fast. My review went up the day after I submitted it.
