First time PT 141 experience...

Yesterday 9/24/2014 at 8:25 pm i took my first dose of PT-141. I used .5mg.... I felt slight flushing in the upper body. I had some tums with me in case of nausea but if what i felt was nausea..its was below mild for me even with the tums taken.

I actually went to strip club ...shooting pool and so forth but didn't notice anything really.

Long story short. As i wake up this morning (9/25/2014 at 9 something AM) i had a good erection just thinking about sex. As i stimulated myself after i got out of bed there was good 5 to 10 minutes of a hard erection without loosing it. One thing i noticed that was odd is there were two thick veins at 6 o'clock and at 3 o'clock under near the mushroom tip of penis. There were located on the shaft up kinda tucked under the head a little. (not for sure if that was the cause of a raging skin ripping boner while asleep or not). I had no clue when the pt 141 would have accurately kicked in.... in between the time i shot up and the next morning...

I know PT 141 works through the Central Nervous system and not the dilating of arteries and blood flow but..... i saw what i saw.

Does Pt 141 work?? I felt something different the next morning (Something is going on).. Cant describe it. Not a raging Libido but an noticeable stronger erection.

I look forward to seeing what 1mg will do next time....

My goal is if i can establish PT 141 concretely works for me i want to ad cialis on the night of party time so there will be no question of performance.

I have some questions:

1. Will pt 141 @1mg with 20mg cialis cause priapism??
2. When you used PT 141 ...how long did it take to kick in??
3. Anybody combining Pt 141 with C or V or L??

PT-141 is a centrally acting melanocortin analogue, it generally raises libido but through activation of the hypothalamus your erectile response will strengthen as well. It's not so much to do directly with melanin or melanocortin receptors, but rather indirect effects that alter the mean hypothalamic currents. Priapism generally occurs more frequently in families with a history of sickle cell disease and it is much more dangerous than drug induced priapism....which often times is reversible in an easier manner. Understand that, a long lasting erection is NOT unhealthy, but only if there is pain with it.

I just wanted to clear that misconception up.

Adding cialis to PT-141 would be imo a great stack but don't be mad when your wood doesn't go away for hours. lmao

That being said, I noticed myself a very potent stimulant effect, from PT-141, similar to a mild amphetamine.
It certainly is supposed to affect libido more than sexual function,. but there is an interexchangeable and quite blurred line here// so to speak., because you don't always associate the two so closely as to notice that it is actually the central increase in libido and spinal reflex enhancement.

Therefore, this product and all similar chemicals are not local vasodilators, but centrally acting.

Hope that answers your question, and yes you can move up the dose but you might want to take it slowly, I got some noticeable tachycardia at doses above 1mg.

I used it a number of times several years ago. I do not believe I ever went over .5 mg. It definitely increased my libido but never generated more than a 50% erection, which lasted several hours. However, I have severe diabetic ED.

For me it took about three hours before I felt the full effects. After two hours, I did feel a strange, weird sensation course through my body that lasted for about 15 minutes which is the reason I never increased the dose above .5 mg and eventually stopped using it.

i still have 10 mg left over which I may use if you find that the higher dose works well for you.

I've got an update here and a interesting one....

Yesterday (Sept 29th) i shot 1mg of PT-141 at 10 am... I thought this was a mistake but i still needed field testing done so i dealt with it. Around 2 o"clock ..Nothing!! I thought this stuff was a waist and had negative views about the product.... So i went on with my day.

But around 11:30 pm Yesterday.. I stimulated my self with my fingertips (No Masturbation) and ((There it was!!)) It felt like my brain responding to the small stimulated reacted with a good erection.

Then the next morning.... Had a strong erection...walking around still hard. Nice to see!!

So here are my findings and thoughts on it:

1. Why in the the world i would get the effects of a ((or mind stimulating)) erection 12 hours later?? God only knows that answer!! Some people it works after 4 hours after injection.. For me it was 12 hours later so i know my timing.

2. I could be wrong but here is another Hypothesis why Pt-141 is helping me out. I am on TRT 100mg test cyp every 7 days. And for all of you that are on TRT you all ready know your LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (Follicle stimulating hormone) are damn near zero..... I believe PT-141 acts in that route or pathway in the body. Pt-141 is helping the brain send the signal Neurologically... Because LH and FSH are neurotransmitting hormones..... Pt-141 is helping the Hypothalamus send the chain reaction for erection but taking a longer process for effect to take place. Just my thought process.

3. There seems to be a window time frame when it works for the individual. (If it even works at all for some). There is something going on for me when near bed to and during sleep that the receptors in my body will except PT-141 to make erections work. Something about the time frame nearing bed time or during sleep that the window of absorption and receptors receiving PT-141 is the magically period. As far a the day time goes.. I've never been in the mood for sex...come to thing about... never.... Night time is when i like so no sense in trying to change it.

That's all i got for now... when i get a chance to use 1mg of PT-141 with 20mg cialis on date night....i will report back with result. Should be a good one!!

It may kick in sooner than 4 hours, or many hours later, such as almost a day, on the first nights sleep or something like that. I had an erection for hours, and it didn't go down even after masturbating 4 times. It's fun, but a normal sex partner will not be interested in having sex that much, especially when it's time to sleep. The boners have kept me awake all night on occasion. When I yawn, I get a tingly feeling all over my body, and yawning may produce an erection. It's really a fun drug, but just go very slowly with it, and I don't recommend using it with Cialis or Viagra, or intracavernosal drugs. I've worried about priapism, but so far haven't had damage. Having a really hard erection for hours can become a nuisance, believe me!

Well certainly not with intracavernosal drugs, but A small dose of cialis, like 5 mg with the PT-141 is even so enough to produce that subtle "nuisance". As said before, long lasting erections are not unhealthy, unless they are painful..that's the part that = priapism., just remember P for painful, lmao.

@Macjimco...... I definitely don't want priapism and will take your experience into account. The reason i mentioned 20mg cialis is because the last time i used it produced a good "mild" erection. I got it up when i wanted but i wasn't as hard as other male enhancement supp's has done (Stiff nights/Gold Reallas/ME-36...etc)

When the time comes i will try to keep a balance.
Maybe .5mg or 1mg of PT-141 and 10 to 15mg cialis and what results i get from it...i will know whether to increase/keep the same or decrease.

1. Your body seems to get used to this stuff pretty quick. If you start with a relatively high dose (1 mg or more), you will probably get some nasty side effects, like nausea, vertigo, etc.

2. If you titrate the dose up over a few days. Starting at 0.3 to 0.5 mg and going up at no more than 0.5 mg per dose, the side effects are minimal.

3. If you stop for several weeks and then start again, the body memory seems to disappear, and previous higher dose may cause severe side effects.

Ex: With slow titration upward I got up to a 2.5 mg dose. Some positive effects (nothing great) and almost no side effects. But then, I have a very high libido to begin with. While the PT-141 was pleasant, its cost/benefit effect was not enough to make me want to do it regularly.

I stopped for about a month, then took a 1.5 mg dose, and had nausea, vertigo, hot flashing/flushing, stretching/yawning (uncomfortable) and generally had a VERY rough time for the next 30 or so hours with little sleep and feeling so bad, sex was absolutely the last thing on my mind!

My wife got to 2.5 mg too. Very little sexual effect on her. She stopped using it because it was causing dark spots on her skin, mostly freckles on her face.

Several folks have also provided me some side info on the drug. Seems it is highly dose sensitive, and everyone has a differing reaction. Some folks have had great sex others (like my wife and I) nothing but negatives.

The drugs result seems to be very unpredictable, as well as the time for the effects onset. I've seen various numbers from a 4 hr to 24 hours onset. That unpredictability doesn't make it very desirable IMHO.

Anyway, bottom line is that is does seem to work for some folks, but I don't need a libido boost, I have plenty without it, and the side effects I got with the last dose turned me off to it completely.

That's why you should keep an anti-nausea herb or drug on hand at all times, a lot of drugs can cause nausea...and it just so happens that hypothalamic / sex drugs tend to have that effect the most.
Dopaminergics can cause nausea, but this effect can be blunted by serotonin 3 antagonists or ginger...on the other hand, melanocortin induced nausea is more complex and involves cholinergic circuits and histaminergic activation as well.
PT-141 definitely has a stimulant effect, no doubt.

After 10:30 pm erections were effortless and they were ((HARD))!!. I noticed my length and girth were larger. Girth and length were not my main goal because i am satisfied with what i have. My unit was so engorged it was shiny!!

This morning around 8 something. I did not wake up with an erection..but i stimulated myself and there it was again!! Hard as nails erection. I am glad i decided to take 10mg cialis instead of 20mg. My unit would have been ((TOO HARD)).

I feel like i know what i need to get back in the game now. Hope this motivates some people who are trying to figure themselves out with those ((male issues)) that come up.
