Hello, for many months Ive used an extended for some months now. I have a slight curvature to the left (barely noticeable) so I have had the extender pointing downwards toward my right leg. Now, I know I have only done this for a five months but I feel I have already hit a plateu. So I am thinking of doing an experiment where I next month stretch straight up. I have tried this, just a few times, and it really feels like it stretches in a good way.
What is the collected knowledge about extending angles? Should you vary it during the day? Should it be fixed for the whole month, if so, what angle should I use?
