Extender and pump

I’ve been doing JP90 on and off for about 2 years, and I like to think that I’ve been doing it safely and lightly enough. Now I’ve bought an extender and a penis pump, and I’d like to know how to start using these devices safely. Also, can I still do JP90 at the same time if I use these devices?

Yes, you can do the JP90 routine and use the devises. You should always do the JP90 routine before using an extender or pump. I do a 40 minute JP90 routine before I pump, and I do it 2-3 times a week. You will still get great benefits from the JP90 routine, and will still get gains from doing it. It also gives your penis increased conditioning before using a device.
