Okay, well it's another day and my erection quality still isn't that great but I think it has gotten a bit better.
For an update on the soreness, I've realised that my dick isn't really sore evenly, I can actually pinpoint to an area where the pain is; it's towards the bottom left of my shaft. The pain can be described as constant soreness. I've inspected it and there's no sign of bruising and it's not tender i.e. if I touch the area where the soreness is the pain doesn't increase or decrease. It actually feels like I've pulled something (like when you pull a muscle or a tendon from stretching, this is exactly what it feels like, except it's a smaller feeling 'cause it's in my penis).
Any advice on this? I'm going to see my GP regardless but would still like to hear your opinion.

My softer erection as well as the pain is long gone. I just woke up, 6:30 am, due to a bulging force of reinforced concrete in my pants. Yesterday I was on a train and decided to do kegels (150+) for the first time. I guess this was the result.
Anyway, I'm gonna get back on board the pe train, and this time I will follow the beginner's routine correctly.
Question: If I follow the routine properly, will I have softer erections on those all important Friday/Saturday nights? What was your experience with sexual performance and pe expansion? Cheers.

so i did that jelqing excersise today and i thought it was going to help me. I did not read as much as i should have, and i ended up jelqing at 100% for about 5 minutes. In total I was jelqing for about 10 minutes. Now, 5 hours later, i cannot get an erection. my penis is limp and there is some bruising but no pain. Im freaking out and cant get any sleep and that was only my first time jelqing! is this normal?
