For two connected reasons:
1. You will give your pelvic floor a good stretch from within
Stretching your whole body and especially your core area is important, however, nothing will give you as "direct" of a stretch as a Reverse Kegel.
2. You will strengthen your IC muscle
The IC muscle is an infamously weak muscle for almost everyone. Because it is so weak, the BC muscle likes to do the IC muscle's job and thus gets overworked and tight/tense. By pushing out a strong ERECT RK, you are forcing your IC muscle to work - it has to keep the blood in your penis - that is the IC muscle's job.
2 birds with one stone!

How to do erect RKs:
1. Stand up, get an erection (use your fantasy or your hands to get hard, porn is bad, mkay?)
2. When you reach maximum hardness (or close to it), expand your belly and push your anus out. It's fine to push, just dont overdo it.
3. Try to hold your erection at level for as long as possible. If possible, try to breath, and you will be able to hold it longer.
4. Look at your erection: does it go down? how fast does it go down?
5. Release your Reverse Kegel. Does your penis sink? Push again - does it jump up slightly?
I like to do 3 sets of these daily. Long erect reverse kegels (30 seconds or so).
If done correctly, your glans fills up and your veins will show.
If you become good at this, you will be able to LIFT YOUR PENIS up by erect reverse kegelling. It's a crazy thought that I didn't believe first, but it's possible.
Within the last 3 weeks of this practice, I was already able to improve my pre-e a lot.
The devil is in the detali, guys. Everyone says to do RKs, but nobody tells you to do them erect. And about the surprising benefit of working out the IC muscle that way, I just recently discovered that.
I'm glad I did!
