Okay, guys.
I received my wrapping as well as a Bathamte x30 (got that instead of Hercules replaced). The wrapping is hurt free tape and self grip tape. Both works good.
I tried hanging for 20 minutes, just to test out the material, see if it's good enough. 20 min was not enough to form a good opinion, but somehow, when I was hanging those weights, something struck me. I want to keep doing manual and wait with hanging. I SHOULD do hanging, because I have lots of time this winter to do so, but I really can't feel the love for it and I have less motivation to do it compared to manual.
So with that said, I will continue my manual stretching and jelqing. What I will do, is after jelq and stretch, I will on one day, clamp 20-30 minutes right after. The next routine, I will skip clamping and do bathmate. This means I am doing pumping and clamping on different days because I have read about too much girth work, does not give gains.
This is what I'm going to do for now. I hope to see some gains, I honestly want to reach 18 cm before it gets winter here. I am at about 17.6 cm, so things must happen soon.

- 1 min stretches in all directions - followed by 10 rotation stretch clockwise and anticlockwise after each directional stretch
- 2 Mandingo stretches
- 5x2 min Bathmate
