DAY 447 - Sunday

20 min SD @ 1.5 KG

Total hanging hours this month: 9 hours and 20 min
Total hanging hours: 38 hours and 25 min

It seems like it depends on how I wrap and get lucky if its a good wrap, that I can tolerate more weight or less weight. Another very negative thing to my hanging.

I am traveling for 2-3 weeks in 2 weeks. If I have not gained anything by either the day before I travel or the day I get home, I am thinking about quitting hanging, sadly. There is too much frustration.

DAY 449 - Tuesday - Nothing

Taking a break from PE. Don't know when I will return to it. My EQ has suffered lately and my wrapping for hanging does not work anymore. I also have 0 money at the moment and can't even afford ordering some wrap, but I will in the following week (s).

My orgasms are extremely weak as well the recent weeks. I can't almost feel anything when I ejaculate.

Things can't always move forward

My PE break was suppose to be over by now, but due to a serous injury, I am not able to do any PE for maybe a couple of weeks more...Glad to be back.Will try to do a measure today to see if I have lost or gained anything from my break.

Did a measure 4 days ago, EQ wasn't 10/10, so I had lost about 0.3 cm, so I sit at 17.3 cm right now. Jelqed today and will continue to, until I receive wrap material for hanging which I ordered today.

I also mailed 2 different bathmate supports, because the one I have been in contact with has not responded in almost 2 months. Terrible customer service.

I would buy a penomet but I don't have the money.

Thanks, sadly it will take at least a year before I'm good (not good enough to PE of course). Going for surgery in winters time, hopefully.

Did 30 min girth work

I can safely say, I will never be able to do a length ONLY routine, I feel it has to be followed up by girth work, which is how I have gained. Girth is also fun.

I notice that I am using a very hard grip when stretching. My dick becomes slightly swollen. The glans as well. But it's fine, it's the way I have always approached it.

I'm kind of digging this simply routine, it's a bit scary that I might continue it for a month to see if it works instead of hanging. Will think about this.

Wow, how I like doing manual PE again. I didn't know how much I missed it. And by changing up, doing JELQS as a warm up and in the routine BEFORE stretching, has made my stretching quality much better. Better grip, better smoothness, etc. Plus the little of lube that's on my dick after the jelq is somehow helping my grip.

I had to quickly measure during my 10 min girth work at the end, and reached dare I say 17.6 cm, which is 0.1 cm (yes, almost nothing) more than my record 17.5. Good signs.

- 20 Min Jelq
- 1 min stretches in all directions - followed by 10 rotation stretch clockwise and anticlockwise after each directional stretch
- 3 Ruler stretches
- 4 min Jelq
- 10 min girth work with Supra Slammers
- HOT shower

Great routine today. I admit the glans felt a bit sore, I have been working it a lot lately, I love expanding my glans, want it to grow, want that mushroom tip penis.

Good routine today. Started clamping, did 10minx2, felt great. I am already used to clamping my dick with my hands so the pressure is nothing new, just never held it for so long. I had no problems with cold glans, etc. And I didn't need porn.

- 20 Min Jelq
- 1 min stretches in all directions - followed by 10 rotation stretch clockwise and anticlockwise after each directional stretch
- 20 min girth
- HOT shower

This routine takes me about 1 hour and a few minutes excluding the shower, which I really like. not too long, not too short.

I feel like there are too many opportunities here. I can continue manual PE, with clamping at the end, or I can switch clamping to Bathmate. Or I can start hanging, do clamping after or bathmate after. I can't seem to decide...

Okay, guys.

I received my wrapping as well as a Bathamte x30 (got that instead of Hercules replaced). The wrapping is hurt free tape and self grip tape. Both works good.


I tried hanging for 20 minutes, just to test out the material, see if it's good enough. 20 min was not enough to form a good opinion, but somehow, when I was hanging those weights, something struck me. I want to keep doing manual and wait with hanging. I SHOULD do hanging, because I have lots of time this winter to do so, but I really can't feel the love for it and I have less motivation to do it compared to manual.

So with that said, I will continue my manual stretching and jelqing. What I will do, is after jelq and stretch, I will on one day, clamp 20-30 minutes right after. The next routine, I will skip clamping and do bathmate. This means I am doing pumping and clamping on different days because I have read about too much girth work, does not give gains.

This is what I'm going to do for now. I hope to see some gains, I honestly want to reach 18 cm before it gets winter here. I am at about 17.6 cm, so things must happen soon.

I like the clamping/pumping every other day for girth work. I may try that when I want to hit my girth goals. Keep it up! Your almost at 500 days!

Yes, going to try this for a while. If I end up not liking it, I removing pumping as I favor clamping.

500 days already... damn.
