I had been doing a stretch free routine. Was previously only jelqing and ulis. I got rid of the Ulis and replaced it with stretches. Very positive PIs the first few days. This was very surprising to me. My EQ went through the roof after adding stretches. It's now the end of the week and my PIs aren't quite as good as they were 2-3 days ago.

I think I need to make sure I don't do any Ulis. My penis is not responding well to this exercise.

I just took a measurement tonight of my BPFSL. It was a hair over 7.5 post workout. I haven't measured this much for BPFSL since last march. Taking Uli's out of my routine has helped tremendously. I've also noticed that a stretching and jelqing routine does not appear to fatigue my penis too much. In fact I've noticed my hang has been very full throughout the day. At some points nearly semi-erect with no arousal.

Before I make any measurements official, I am going to measure again tomorrow.

It seems that my problem was that I was tunica limited, but I wasn't conditioned enough to be doing Ulis.

I have also found that my penis responds much better when I leave at least 2-3 between my workout and edging. 4-5 hours seems to work the best.

Last night I did 5 Uli's for 5 seconds each. My dick swelled up something fierce, but now my EQ is down considerably and somewhat sore. I think this confirms that my problem for the past 1-2 years has been doing Uli's without sufficient conditioning.

I think I'm going to refrain from anything other than stretches and jelqs for at least 3-4 months.

Okay so the formula that's been working for me lately is stretches and jelqing for my workout. No advanced exercises. Then I have an edging session separate from my workout no sooner than 3 hours after my first workout, but more than 12 hours before my next workout.

Today after my edging session it felt like my dick was screaming for a good stretching workout. I did a pretty aggressive stretching routine and followed it up with jelqing. After my workout I measured 7.6 BPFSL and 7.1 BPEL. Both my highest measurements ever.

It's still not sinking in that my dick is really growing or is bigger. Part of me is still wondering when the gains will suddenly go away my EQ will be garbage. I just need to have faith that taking out all advanced exercises will keep me on track. The gains are definitely giving me more confidence though.

My last workout was a little too intense and I have had poor EQ the past few days. I've been trying to do light stretches and edge when my dick is feeling okay.

BPFSL is still 7.5, however MEG and BPEL appear to be down due to poor EQ.

EQ is back to normal levels now. I'd say I'm around a 7-8. My erect gains are still down, so I think I still need a bit more rest and light edging when my dick feels better.

The day after I made out with that girl, my cock seems a bit tired. It was hard off and on for a good 3-4 hours. It swelled up something fierce for her. The foreskin that sits at the base of my shaft where it turns into scrotal and regular skin was pulled up higher than normal I knew it was a lot longer than normal. It felt really thick too, but hard to tell just by feel. I think that was equivalent to a rather intense workout. I had some minor pains Monday night.

My EQ and gains are a tad bit down today. Just measured 6.8 BPEL and 7.4 BPFSL. I can feel a difference in my hang and when I stretch it. It doesn't have the same elasticity as it has had this past Sunday. Going to do some low intensity jelqs later tonight unless I'm with a girl, which very well may happen.

I'm back down around 7.3-7.4 BPFSL and 6.7-6.8 BPEL. However over the past 2 weeks I'd say my routines have been irregular. The past 3 days I have done jelqing and stretching. I think I'm going to start doing a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule.

Mon off, Tues/Wed on, Thu off, Fri/Sat/Sun on.

My BPFSL is back down to 7.0 and I've had poor PIs today including some discomfort. Part of this is probably that I crashed on my buddy's couch and slept in jeans, but nonetheless this is discerning. It seems that I overtrained this past week. I'm going to have to take the weekend off.

On my fourth day of rest. Just measured 7.3ish BPFSL. Not back to 7.5, but in normal ranges. Will do a short low intensity workout tomorrow.

My dick was starting to get sore from having a lot of sex over the past month, so I had to stop PE for a while. Good news is that my BPFSL is still around 7.3-7.4. Bad news is that my girth is down about 1/4".

Girth is back up. EQ is way up. My dick has been responding nicely to my workouts. Going to give it a good workout tonight unless I get lucky tonight. Hanging out with a friend and its her b-day at midnight. Hoping it happens. Last time we made out for a bit, so who knows.

My EQ is through the roof right now. I did a workout Wed and Thurs. Both were long low to moderate intensity workouts. Somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes. I was fairly tired Friday morning from the workout, but today my dick gets to a 10 EQ without even getting fully aroused.

Last week I took a few days off as I felt I had been working out aggressively for 2-3 weeks. After a few days I lost a small amount of girth, but it all came back after one light workout. EQ is still good.

Things have been going great the past 2 weeks.

My BPFSL is around 7.4 and quickly approaching 7.5. I'd say this is pretty damn good considering I've been focusing on girth.

I measured 7.1 BPEL a couple days ago, but this was after a long workout. I want to make sure I get another measurement like that before I make anything official.

My girth overall has skyrocketed. I've probably gained a good 1/4 to 1/2 in the past month.

My PIs have been great. EQ seems like it's 11 right now.

My routine has been rather intense. I'm doing some type of lighter exercise for 5-15 minutes once or twice a day, but usually twice a day. I do a more intense 30-60 minute workout once every 2 or 3 days, which usually involves at least one set of clamping for 15-20 minutes. Usually I break it up by letting my dick relax for a minute and then reclamping.

The concept of my workouts have been mirrored to P90X, where you do a different workout every day except I'm doing it week by week.

This week I've been doing Ulis and stretches. Last week I was doing O-bends and Ulis. The week before I was doing just Ulis Clamping and Edging.

Next week, is going to be a recovery week. Will be doing lots of heat. All exercises will be at low erection levels, light jelqs and light stretches followed by lots of edging. The idea is to let my dick recover and try to soften up my tunica. I expect to lose a little bit of my gains over the course of this week.
