Thank you
First of all, I own all 3 Bib hangers, and now the LG. I never tracked my hours with the bib, but if I had to guess I probably hung for 300-400 hours with the bib prior to my time with the LG.
For me there has been no comparison for either the comfort or convenience of the LG. It's simply in another league in these areas. The bib was safer for me (I never injured myself with the Bib, but I've had several bouts of vacuum blisters with the LG - though I've gotten much better at preventing them now). The Bib is also capable of much more weight. I had hung up to 37.5 lbs in the past with the Bib. I've hung up to 15 lbs. with the LG, and for me I feel this is the upper limit of what is safe.
With all that in mind, I still prefer the LG. It's more comfortable, I can get more hang time in with less actual time and with much less effort. The fact that it's not as capable weight-wise is a mute point for me, as I believe that going too heavy can actually be counter-productive anyways. I'd definitely recommend the LG to anyone looking to get into hanging, though I would caution that there is a real risk for vacuum blisters while you perfect your technique.
