Careful with those rest days buddy, it'll slow down your progress. BTW I just thought I'd let you know that I tried combining the LG (morning 2hr sets) and then extend with the phallosan (night) and things did not go so well for me. I got a great deal of turtling. For me hanging and extending seems like a NO.

I applaud your effort!!!! 100 Hours is awesome. I'm following behind, perhaps by 2 or so months. Hopefully
you got some growth out of the time you've put in!!!!!!!

1530 - 1700: 1.5 hours hanging seated SO w/pulley @ 10 lbs.

Total LG time: 100 hours :)

Hey,

Nice job in the hours hanging!

I am considering getting an LG Hanger. May I ask your thoughts / opinion on it? Do you feel it to be of benefit to your PE routine?

Cheers

Took a few minutes to peek at measurements to see how this last 100 hours has paid off.

- I experienced a very solid 1/8" BPEL gain, even a little more than this if I want to start counting decimal places
- My BPFSL is up almost 3/8". It has taken almost 2 years of my BPEL and BPFSL being the same, but my BPFSL now exceeds my BPEL
- No mid or base girth change. However, I did experience a very noticeable increase in girth of the glans and directly behind the glans

Thank you

First of all, I own all 3 Bib hangers, and now the LG. I never tracked my hours with the bib, but if I had to guess I probably hung for 300-400 hours with the bib prior to my time with the LG.
For me there has been no comparison for either the comfort or convenience of the LG. It's simply in another league in these areas. The bib was safer for me (I never injured myself with the Bib, but I've had several bouts of vacuum blisters with the LG - though I've gotten much better at preventing them now). The Bib is also capable of much more weight. I had hung up to 37.5 lbs in the past with the Bib. I've hung up to 15 lbs. with the LG, and for me I feel this is the upper limit of what is safe.

With all that in mind, I still prefer the LG. It's more comfortable, I can get more hang time in with less actual time and with much less effort. The fact that it's not as capable weight-wise is a mute point for me, as I believe that going too heavy can actually be counter-productive anyways. I'd definitely recommend the LG to anyone looking to get into hanging, though I would caution that there is a real risk for vacuum blisters while you perfect your technique.

Thank you Schlittle

I am indeed pleased. I'll continue to stay happy with my progress as long as I can continue to grow even 1/4" per year - so these 100 hours of hanging with the LG have already produced half of my expectations for the entire year. I'll be absolutely floored if the next 100 hours yields similar results - we'll see!

1100 - 1230 - hanging seated SO w/pulley @ 10 lbs (bumped up to 12.5 lbs for the last 30 minutes). I could feel the soreness from yesterday's 3 hours of hanging immediately

1530 - 1600: 250 wet jelqs

1600 - 0400: 12 hours ball weights @ 1 lb.

Total LG time: 104.5 hours

0600 - 0630: 30 minutes hanging seated SO w/pulley @ 12.5 lbs. Cut this set short as I was getting a pinching feeling warning me of an impending blister. I'm glad I stopped early as I found a very tiny one just starting to form.

1600 - 0400: 12 hours ball weights @ 1 lb.

Edit: The small blister was gone within 6 hours, though I'm going to take a day or two off just to be safe. I'll probably drop back to 10 lbs, as I never have problems there!

Total LG time: 105 hours

Proud of you for hitting 100 hours with the LG. It takes a lot of dedication to that in the time frame you did. I am going to continue to hang with the hardcore till the end of the year. At that time, I may switch to the LG for time purposes only. It took a toll on my to hang as much as I did with the hardcore and I just hit near 90 hours. I could have hit 150 if it wasn't for all the time it took me in between sets and rewrapping. Keep it up. I start back up Tuesday and hope to hit 200 hours with the hardcore before the end of the year.

Read your post in the LG group, congrats on the 1/8th. I am at 95 hours so we shall see what I get. I think i will go to 10 when I hit 100 hours. At 8 now.

Thanks for the informative and detailed reply. I've never been too much of a hands on creative type and feel that the LG will be more suitable for me (looks far simpler to use really)...Also, I'm in Australia, so to try and get anything shipped from the US is going to be +$$$$ for shipping! I don't really want to buy something and pay a decent chunk of cash to find that it doesn't work for me.

Can I ask, how seasoned a PE'er would you think one should be before hanging? I've clocked up 195hrs of extender (some with the PeniMaster Pro and the rest with the PeniMaster Pro ADS strap). I also am doing the JP90 routine when I have the time (though find that I'm either too flaccid or too hard!! I'm due for another measurement, but feel that I am stationary with my progress. I'm not really sure where to turn to. I read some posts that say that hanging is for experienced users, some people say you should have equal rest time to PE, others say to avoid rest.....

Kind of confused with what everyone says. All I want is to know what works best for my body! Simple request, less simple to ascertain.

Sorry to have unloaded in your post; it was originally meant to be a brief comment but it kind of expanded from there...!

Hey DJ are you done with Extending? Do you no longer feel it is of benefit to you??

Also, have you ever thought or coming up with a pulley system that would allow you to hang at the BTC angle while standing?!?

Confusion is just a byproduct of the fact that we all react differently. IMO, hanging is as safe as any other PE regardless of experience. The key is just to have patience and take it slow while you learn how you react.

In your situation, you may be best served by making a DIY hanger like the Captain's Wench to see if you even like it before spending significant money on a commercial hanger. You can then weigh cost vs. reward and decide how you should proceed from there.

Good luck!
