I posted on here a while ago that I am a 24 year old with erectile dysfunction. I had really weak erections that went away almost instantaneously. If I was not being physically stimulated by my girlfriend, my penis would be shriveled up and I would feel practically dickless throughout the day. I solved it by taking a 50mg zinc supplement. Costs about $5-8 bucks at a drug store. I gathered that I had stress and anxiety which was killing my testosterone and raising my estrogen. I tried taking zinc which will maximize your testosterone production and inhibit estrogen and voila! my boner was back the next morning. I suggest if you suspect you have anxiety/stress related ED, try taking zinc. Oh yea, I also take l-arginine and ginkgo biloba for 2 months prior which helped very little. But after one day of taking zinc, my boner was back. I am taking the drug store brand of zinc but am going to try ZMA which has 60g of zinc because I like to work out and the zinc in ZMA is more bioavailable. Good luck guys!
ED is horrible. Now that my boner is finally back, my girlfriend just a couple of hours ago accused me of cheating since I couldn't get a real erection for 4 months. I told her my boner is back and she said, "yea cuz you stopped f*cking the other girl!" Sigh, can't win with women. Perfect timing. I am horny as hell and no "place" for release. i am actually quite heartbroken too... Need to figure things out with her since she refuses to accept the fact that I had real ED and this whole situation is just messy and embarrassing.

Considering you erection just popping up the next day(this could be due to many things, but if it persists it is likely due to the supplement(or maybe even placebo but all the same)), but mostly the whole girlfriend thinking that you are/were cheating due to your ED.
