Maybe work towards doing PESG's routine, it's very similar to what you're already doing.

Beginner Routine Light - PESG (& his motivational story)

After a couple months you can start hanging, read hanging 101 for more information on the subject. (see my signature)

You should probably recondition for 90 days before hanging, better to be safe then sorry :)

It's good advice. Plus if you go straight to hanging you actually might gain less. I know it sounds odd, but seriously--do the newbie routine first. Do the JP90 if you want a lot of intensity.

Once you've got some newbie gains you can move to hanging; the only issue with hanging is you wont gain for the first 3 weeks or so, which means month #1 of hanging might not give any gains. Hanging can produce some good steady gains though--you've got to stick with it a long time, but long term, all those 1/8" & 1/16" months add up.... A lot of guys believe hanging can produce length gains more effectively than any other type of PE. I think this may be true...

Focus on the routine & don't agonize too much over the day to day gains. Monthly measures are important; they indicate our progress so we can adjust our routines accordingly when needed. Early on, once every two weeks is good since you'll probably be gaining fast with the newbie routine (not all guys do though, so don't panic if you don't!)
