Its was my mum's birthday yesterday so we went out for a meal and a drink. Can't really remember what i was posting last night after i got home but i've had a look round the 'gym and it doesn't look like i've done any damage thankfully!

Going to crack on with my kegels just now and then a pe session later on. One ejaculation last week but two this weekend already. Always end up having a tug when i'm hungover.

Hey Eric, i have been looking through your log past few days so i may as well follow your progress too.

Keep up the good work, consistency and perseverance are the key, guess gains slowed after a while since i came off JP's 90 day log and got sloppy with my move into an intermediate to advanced routine and was inconsistent.
Although, rest are important too of course.

Hey Lelouch cheers mate! Yep you're absolutely right about consistency, at the moment i'm finding it dificult to fit in pe right now. Lot of college work and stuff, i need to get good grades to get into university. Really though i should be able to find a half hour each night- i'm just terribly disorganised.

Kegek off day, still kegel 2on, 1off. Went to the doc yesterday to finally see about my sleeping problems. She gave us some stuff, hopefully break this cycle get to sleep at a sensible time and 7 hours a night would be great. Though if i get a hangover effect and can't think in class its going in the bin.

Ok as i was saying yesterday i've got quite a lot of sh*t on at the moment and i've never been the best at managing time. For the next few weeks/ couple of months, i'm not gonna get too downhearted if i miss my gym workouts or pe workouts. No point getting negative over it. I think this attitude will actually end up with me finding more time for my workouts, instead of beating myself up over it. I'll pe as and when i can.

16th March
20 mins jelqing

20 mins stretching
(2min o,r,l,u holds
2min down pendulums
1min A-stretch
1min V-stretch
1min bundle x2
rotaries and heli's throughout)


Kegels done. Reckon i'll find it easier to split my workouts again for a while.

20 mins jelqing again with some girth stuff too. Got wood when i woke this morning. On a day off that wouldn't be so unusual but to get it early morning on a schoolday is most surprising. Perhaps not coincidence that i got a good sleep for a change. Kegels now and stretches later.

Am back murfurs! I've been away for a couple of weeks combination of work, class, laptop trouble and other bullshit has kept me offline. Also i've not pe'd much i'm afraid. Or fitness either.

Learnt again though, for me a steady kegel routine is vital. Control goes down within days otherwise. After two weeks of no k's an edge session results in lots of early leakage. Muscles aren't as stong. Negative effect on morning wood without them.

I've let it slip before so whatever happens, kegels must be done. fifteen or twenty mins erect k's with reverse k's mixed throughout is great. I don't stay erect the whole time. I find a great time for k's is doing them in bed on your morning wood if you got one.

Still trying to manage time better, Easter hols now though thankfully.
