Hey guys, I’ve been gathering info for the past 2 years and doing a little here and there on and off, but now I’m making this journey a top priority.

Starting: 5.25 bp length x 5.25 girth.

Goal: 6 inch girth, not sure about length. I’d be happy with anything above 6 but 7 would be ideal.

Problem: when I started researching, this website was called PEgym .com. However, now it’s thebiohacker, and ever since this change, there are TONS of posts I can’t access.

For example, I Google searched “pegym ideal girth” and a bunch of threads popped up. However when I click on one, this is what shows up on thebiohacker:
“Oops! We ran into some problems. You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.”

Does anyone know what is going on here? When I found this site 2 years ago this never happened. But now like 75% of the posts I click on say I don’t have permission to view them.

Also, i am 26 years old. I seem to respond well to light jelqs.

I am a little frustrated with the varios subreddits. They seem like an echochamber of “jelqing is bad” and these people are not logically consistent. Go on any of those subreddits, and this is what you will see, over and over and OVER again:

-“Jelqing is really bad and dangerous, NEVER jelq.”
+“Why? What’s wrong with jelqing?”
-“People do it wrong and hurt themselves so it’s too dangerous. Yeah I hurt myself once jelqing (same fucking guy in every thread).”

Dude, that’s not logically consistent. Just because a bunch of spazzy idiots go and do deadlifts with bad form, in the snow with no warm up and hurt themselves, doesn’t mean deadlifting is just BAD straight up. “It’s bad because people are so emotional about increasing their dick size they go and jelq incorrectly without a warm up and hurt themselves.” Okay, so what you’re saying is basically “jelqing is bad because people are dumb.” Dude that makes no sense. Literally every single Reddit post about jelqing in the Pe subs follows this same format I just described it drives me absolutely nuts.

Hi Cowboypills. Welcome to The Biohacker Forums. The site is undergoing major changes. Two things have happened. Site ownership is broadening the horizons of the site with a new name The Biohacker. And the forums are being migrated from vBulletin to XenForo software which is what's causing some of the broken links issues you are having. There is a major effort behind the scenes to correct these issues.

This thread here is better place to try to address some of your concerns so that administrators and tech team will be sure to hear you: https://thebiohacker.com/forums/threads/report-site-problems-here.47497/

You'll see there that many of these issues are "known issues" which are being prioritized. Please hang in there. Improvements are on the way.

You'll find find more open minds here. We all have to figure out what techniques work best for us. Even though I was doing jelqing/milking correctly I did have some minor issues with irritated blood vessels. Superficial stuff that healed quickly, but was still a nuissance because I had to take too much time off. I also didn't gain from the technique. So I adopted squeezing techniques which are really an evolution and refinement of milking. Primarily though I've stuck with manual stretching. Some guys have better results with milking than I did.

You might also check out M9ter's thread here: https://thebiohacker.com/forums/thr...um-r-ajelqforyou-ama-ask-me-anything.3259832/

He manages the reddit sub r/AJelqForYou which you also might look into.

Thanks for the detailed reply, I appreciate it. Have you ever gone too far with manual stretching?

After doing light jelqs after a long (15 minute) warm up for the past 6 weeks, I did some light stretching last night for the first time. For only about 3 minutes or so. I warmed up with a hot washcloth, and after about 12 minutes I just did a downward stretch with my dick still enclosed in the cloth. I tried to go very light with pressure, however

Once I finished stretching, my unit was too fatigued and tight to jelq. This morning was the first morning in a long time I haven’t woken up with morning wood.

Jelqing is much easier for me because for some reason, as soon as I start to stretch, my dick seems to tighten up a bit and not be as loose. I have to continually stop and rub a little it with lotion before it returns to its normal flaccid looseness.

I wouldn't worry too much about the morning wood thing. That could be caused by many factors. It comes and goes.

It sounds like you might be getting some turtling from your stretching. This is pretty normal. One thing that might be happening if you are using a wash cloth is there is probably some amount of slippage even if it doesn't feel that way. So the cloth could be having a slightly abbrasive effect on the skin of the penis. This is just one of those things I have to constantly troubleshoot with manual stretching. I use liquid gym chalk on my hands to minimize slippage, but then I also have to constantly moisturize after my sessions to prevent the skin from drying out. I've had to nurse other minor scuffs and scrapes.

I don't know that I've ever really gone too far with the stretching. I've had some uncomfortable superficial injuries I had to nurse while they healed. These were always due to mistakes of technique, so then I had to correct my technique. During my training cycles I accept that there will be some changes and set backs and I just work my way through them. It wasn't always that way though. I would flinch at the slightest new sensation in the beginning because I didn't know what it was. It took a lot of practice and testing and conditioning to get where I am today.
