Has anyone noticed a marked increase in EQ after reducing or eliminating their caffeine intake?

This has been spoken about previously, caffeine has a vasoconstrictive effect.

Reunited with his dear wife Holly.
I have my 2 cups of coffee in the morning. But, I notice that my flaccid hang is much improved in the afternoon.

I only recently started drinking any kind of caffeine in the form of prework out drinks. Has about 1 to 2 cups of coffee worth but thats it. Maybe 5 times a week and haven't noticed a decrease I don't think. But, could be worth looking into.....

I read KP's Tea postings. But how trustworthy is this information about coffee? I am drinking coffee a lot every day! I am talking about 4-6 cups through out the day. What is it doing to me then? If it really affects my EQ, is the effect short-term, maybe few hours or are we talking about longer effects?
