BTC Hanging while LAYING DOWN

Has anyone tried this? I just sat on the edge of my bed & placed my legs on a chair..It felt like my dick was about to rip off. I immediately had to drop weight from 16 lbs to 9lbs...This stretch is intense almost unbearable at the base. I usually hang BTC but I hanging while sitting upright....

Some guys wear their foreskin restoration tuggers (while sleeping) clipped to a cord that runs up past their head and over a pulley on the headboard, to a weight dangling above the floor. The pulley rig rests in a bracket that screws to the back of the headboard and lets everything be stowed out of sight during the day.

I normally hang straight down. Today I did the lying down (bed/chair) with btc. Omg, same thing happened to me normally I hang 11 lbs but could only manage 5.5 lbs but I could feel the tension at the base, hope this is a good sign for making gains. Nice to know I am not the only one this has happened too lol

i just started hanging two days ago and this is what i have been doing so far. VERY intense feeling with 2.5 pounds

This is not BTC, thats hanging SD aka straight down. You can hang BTC in a chair, however, to do so you need to have your butt just about hanging off the chair and your feet well elevated. BTC is by far the most intense angle to hang, but if you have potential for gaining length from your ligs BTC is the way to go.

Yeah.. I felt a lot of skin stretch doing that. I also tried hanging that exact same way but laying on my stomach instead of back. I felt a really good stretch and it was all internal, no skin. Might be referred to as SO. Anyone tried that?

To say the least.. I need to pick an angle and stick with it. Im deciding between the two. Not sure which one to go with?

Well its really recommended you start out with low angles like SD or BTC when first starting out to fully stretch out the ligs... S.O you would go about later. Unless you have a low LOT of 6 or maybe even 7.

You are doing BTC, the first post in this thread is very misleading. He was doing straight down hanging and thought it was BTC, what you are describing is the correct way to do BTC.

I have a lot that i believe is low. Very slight tug back straight out and little to none when straight down..

Start off by imagining the position of your pelvis when you are standing up or sitting straight up in a chair. It will be facing forward and perpendicular to the floor.

If you hang in that position you are hanging straight down or SD.

Now imagine you are lying down on the floor with your legs straight out ... or better still ... lying out flat and floating 3 feet above the floor. In that position your pelvis will be facing up to the roof and parallel to the floor.

If you hang in that position your dick will literally be hanging between the cheeks or BTC.

Some guys sit in a chair and lean back, tilting their pelvis upwards and taking them away from SD and a little closer to BTC. Sometimes they'll elevate their feet to assist.

To achieve a true BTC I like to:
  • sit right on the end of one weight bench and attach the hanger;
  • lie back flat on the bench;
  • and put my legs / feet up on another bench of exactly the same height.

In that way I am truly parallel to the floor and the weight is hanging freely between the cheeks ... a true BTC.

I guess the crucial part to think about is which way your pelvis is facing ... forward (SD), upward (BTC), or 45 degrees (really a blend of the two ... but most would also call this BTC).

That sounds like SO hanging using gravity, could work but it would be boring as hell.

It actually is very boring but I do have some concerns about when I wrap as well.i am uncut so wen I pull back my skin and do my wrap and then clamp my hanger about an inch away from my glans , it moves down because the skin goes back down to the glans causing the clamp to move down as well.should I be worried about that?the clamp doesnt touch my glans though because my wrap is then resting against my glan.
