Workout felt really good. I was wrong, my dick stayed real flaccid, had no intention at all to get erect .. don't now if this is a good or a bad thing .. Also a really good warmup and warmdown!

The lines on my dick have multiplied .. Is this a good sign? or is my dick having a hard time recovering from al the workouts??

I also think my girth has decreased a bit cause my dick is getting longer .. But i've read that your girth comes back when your dick is fully recovered from all the workouts. I hope this is true .. or am I training wrong?

- PEworkout: ONday, good workout, dick stayed really flaccid, lines on dick have multiplied (hope this is a good sign)
- Vitamins: Vitamin C from orange juice, vitamins from soup, .. multivitamindrinks are out so i'm gonna do awhile without them

You are on day three off porn and masturbation. Your're getting stronger. In my opinion a reasonable amount of masturbation is actually healthy. Just so long as its in moderation and not running your life. Porn, on the other hand, is only good for the immediate moment and leads to bigger problems as time goes on.

I know masturbation is good in a reasonable amount but I think I masturbate too much .. Sometimes when i'm done masturbating i feel so bad .. It feels as if all energy is running away from my dick .. After three days of not masturbating i can feel the sexual energy in my dick waiting to get unleashed :D .. I'm still gonna masturbate but I was thinking about masturbating once every 2 weeks ..

I'm trying to ban porn out of my life .. In my opinion porn is very unhealthy, I've had times when I was very addicted to it, I watched it daily .. All my energy got soaked into the computer .. My workouts at the gym became bad, my will to do things like going out, schoolwork and so on dissapeared .. nah, i'm done with porn :) I'm not saying i'll never see it again but it won't be daily anymore..

Yesterday I ate 1/4 of an union at dinner .. I thought it would be healthy for me.
I searched the internet and i found that union is a great way to increase your immune system and it cleans the blood ..
Yesterday evening/night I could feel the warmth of my blood streaming through my body .. Again :D i don't know if this is good or bad but I do know this: I woke up today with an EQ of 9,5 out of 10 .. It felt crazy, like my dick was about to explode .. The base of my dick was truly rockhard, actually my whole dick was superhard ..

I don't know if it's healthy to eat unions everyday (anyone? :) ) but i'm planning on eating them 2-3 times a week .. I'm not sure but I think i've read that your sweat can start stinking after awhile, if you eat a lot of union.

Oh well :) today another ONday, I have all the time of the world right now, nobody's home .. So i'm gonna make it a good long warmup (at least 15min of heat) .. than i'm gonna do my regular routine with a nice warmdown (10 minutes of heat)

Man, the base of my penis has become really hard .. I think this is a good sign but i'm a bit scared this is going to affect my gains .. Cause now it will get harder to stretch the dick .. Maybe after one month if I don't see any gains i'm gonna throw in another 50 jelqs .. Time will tell ..

I'm feeling really good, i've stayed as flaccid as possible during my routine, this was VERY hard .. I jelqed and stretched around 50-60% today .. I couldn't get him at 30-40% ..

I think i'm gonna start running this evening, I feel great and i want to loose all of that energy, i could masturbate but nope :) i'm not allowed to do that .. so I'm gonna run this evening (i think) .. This will give another boost too my blood in my body ..

Woke up with a woody of 9 out of 10 .. I'm horny as fuck lately ..
I can feel my dick has become MUCH stronger .. my base is very hard .. the rest of my dick is following .. I can see that my dick is trained now ..

It is getting hard though to keep up with my routines due to privacy reasons .. The warm up is very hard .. 10 minutes time for myself in the bathroom with the hot water still running .. They don't like it at home ..

Just finished my workout .. it was REALLY HARD to stay flaccid .. Although i think my average jelq was around 45% :)
The stretches felt nice ..
I was still able to do a warmup, not as good as usual but hey it's atleast something :) .. warmdown wasn't possible .. I'm gonna take a nice hot shower later this evening .. Than i'm gonna hit the club again :D friday = party!!

Note: the lines on my dick haven't multiplied anymore .. A large part of them is gone :) so I think my dick restored itself .. He definetly feels stronger

I also think i've gained some girth .. That's good but I'm now mostly targeting on length so i hope when my dick is erect on 16/09/2011 he has grown a bit (a lot!) :D

Can't remember if I had a morning wood .. this has been a couple of days that i can't remember it .. I really don't.
