No it is always correct to write about healthy alternatives that can positively impact other men's lives. The politically incorrect part is disrespecting doctors. You can write about the good stuff without bashing the doctors. The broccoli part is spot on, thank you for bumping this thread.
You mean i should cook the broccoli and then drink only the water, or do you mean to make smoothie of cooked broccoli?
Doesn't boiling the broccoli take out some of the nutrions? Is it because it is more convenient to cook it, than eating the broccoli raw and uncooked?
Minimum 250 grams (approx.. 9oz) broccoli should be boiled with low heat (closing the lid) in 1 liter (41/2 cups) water for 5 minutes.Half of the juice of the broccoli should be taken in the mornings (empty) and the other half evenings(empty). Use it all up each day and start fresh the next day. After it's consumed, you should not eat or drink anything (except water) for 20 minutes. It is also very advantageous to eat the boiled Broccoli for lunch.
Fresh broccoli (unboiled) contains some enzymes that must be deactivated. The simple way to deactivate these enzymes is to boil the broccoli in water for 5 minutes. After boiling for 5 minutes, the enzymes will become inactive. If these enzymes aren't deactivated, the broccoli cannot successfully treat those suffering from BPH, prostatitis, or general urinary tract infections.
Broccoli contains very important compounds. These compounds can only treat those who are suffering from BPH or prostatitis when these enzymes are deactivated. If this is not done, the enzymes which broccoli contains start a different metabolic reaction so that the efficiency is reduced.
I tried the Broccoli broth treatment a while back, doing repeated cycles of 7 days and found it to be useful. I later tried a broth made with 2 oz Broccoli Sprouts simmered for 7 minutes in two cups of water, and found that to be more effective, with definite improvement in both swelling and flow.
My impression is that I'm also getting some long term improvements with the sprout broth that I was not getting with the Broccoli broth. I don't know how much of the sulphorophane is transferred to the broth, but I find that the remaining 1 oz of boiled sprouts are much easier to eat than the head of boiled broccoli, which I used to throw away.
