Ok, this week, I'm getting back on track with keeping my progress log. Rest assured, I haven't stopped working out. What I've been up to:
1. I've clamped a few times. No set schedule. This was just out of curiosity and fun. This exercise is INTENSE. I'm not adding it in regularly, although I'll probably do it maybe once a week for 6-8 minutes just to feel how big I get and measure. I measured at 5.25" MEG. That's .25" higher than I've ever measured. And what a difference it makes, feeling it in your hands!
2. I've added in kegels. I am doing 5x12 with the last one held as long as I can. I do the same with reverse kegels. I am doing this 2 on, 1 off. I can only hold my last one up to 10 seconds and by the 5th set, I can only hold it for 5 seconds.
3. I've been keeping the routine the same. I will determine if I want to add anything after this fourth month. I re-read JP's workout, and it is a lot more intense than what I have done to this point. So if my gains stall, I might turn to that routine... we'll see.
I have a workout tonight, so I'll be posting tomorrow...
