Hi, questions in the title. I already chose a exercise method for my hands however some time after I saved the website link that had the method to my favorites, I could not open the link, it wouldn't work. I already have sent multiple emails to the websites master for many months or a a year now and never herd back from them So i figure I would ask in here instead. What do you all recommend?

If you will go to Bing and search for: method to get bigger thicker hands

that will get you a few links.

The truth is, the actual size of your hands is limited by the size of your hand bones. No amount of stretching, squeezing, or strength training can make your bones any longer or wider. That said, the hand is powered by about 30 muscles, and they can grow stronger and more flexible with a variety of exercises.

That's what google has to say?

My hands/fingers got thicker after years of weightlifting. My class ring and a ring I got as a gift maybe 20 years ago don't even come close to fitting even though it doesn't look like I have a bit of fat on my hands.

As seen on: Bone Development & Growth

Even though bones stop growing in length in early adulthood, they can continue to increase in thickness or diameter throughout life in response to stress from increased muscle activity or to weight. The increase in diameter is called appositional growth. Osteoblasts in the periosteum form compact bone around the external bone surface. At the same time, osteoclasts in the endosteum break down bone on the internal bone surface, around the medullary cavity. These two processes together increase the diameter of the bone and, at the same time, keep the bone from becoming excessively heavy and bulky.

the only way to is be born with them, there is very little muscle tissue in the hands.. except for the thumb. which is controlled by muscles on the hand it self...

having big hands my self is pretty awkward since i'm only 5'10

8" length and 10" span 13.5 ring finger size natty

i have to buy the biggest cellphone that manufactures make using small tiny iphone is impossible you just end up pressing like 4-5 letters at once

perfect for sports but my mom was shitty and did not let me play any .

Check out mountain climber Alex Honnold's hands, fingers like bananas. He also uses hangboards if you don't fancy free soloing El Capitan...
