4 months in, haven't had any gains yet. Wondering what I'm doing wrong, so I will detail how I am following your routine. Started back around 9/11, MWF routine every week, have missed at most 3 or 4 days during this period due to lack of privacy/trips. My routine, I start with a warmup of about 5-10 mins, then do 10 min of 30 second stretches in each 5 directions (out, up, down, left, right). Also do 50 5 second kegals while doing this stretch, helps to keep me totally flacid. Next I do 10 min of helicopter stretches. Next I do 40 "V" grip jelqs, and then I follow this with 40 ok sign/normal grip jelqs. I try to keep my erection level as low as possible during the jelq sessions, and keep the form slow. I then finish the session off with 15+ min of edging, and then warm down.
Couple questions:
1. My V Jelq form is a lot like the "U" grip you described above, so how do you do the "V" grip jelq?
2. Should I do another set of 50 5 second kegals after jelqing in addition to the ones I do while stretching?
3. Do you see any changes I should make to this routine? It's been 4 months without gains, and getting a little disheartening.....
It is almost impossible to clamp on a tight "V" grip. So then how tight is your OK grip?
Also is youor penis getting plump while you jelq, does it swell and get a bit longer while jelqing. If your not gettting bigger while jelqing you may be gripping to tight. If your getting above 60% erect you may have to rest a bit in order for your erection to get under 50%. Your erection should be in a jelly like state. Also increase your warm up to 20 minutes. Also how long is it taking you to jelq? The slower the better.
It is not unusual to not gain for the first 3-4 months then suddenly you start to gain, hang in there.
Other factors that prevent gains. Certain medications like antihistamines, cold and alergy medications, Smoking. too much caffein in excess of 300mg. Are you relaxed when you do PE. Do you have anxiety, anxiety may prevent gains in my opinion.
I do my "V" jelq like the "U" grip style, which is much the same as the "V" grip.
