Hi guys,

I was sort of shy to ask you but I have seen the environment here and it seems a pretty understanding and welcoming community. :)

So, as an introduction, I am 22-years old, medium-to-well built. Down there, I am BPEL 6", and NBPEL 5.75", and girth is around 5.25". How does that range me?

Also, I would like to start training, my goal would be around 8.5" in BPEL, and around 6-6.5" in girth :).

I am already on diet (better eating aswell) and on cardio exercises to reduce weight, especially from my pelvic area.

What do you suggest? Are my goals achievable? What would you suggest as my starting point in terms of exercises?

Thank you!!

Good Deal, 7ofSpades, any relation to Star Trek's 7of9 ?
:welcome:
In my opinion, you're doing just fine as is. Your goals are rather ambitious. I think, to set a reachable goal, go for a .25" increase in Girth, and 0.5" length.
Now, once you get that, you can move the goals, a tad more. Then go work some more at it.
I like incremental progress. It prevents disappointment and feeling down about any far off goals.
So,we send you to read the rules, read the Safety items, then begin the study of what do I do for a preparatory conditioning routine.
Without further ado...

Welcome 7of spades, you can make astonishing changesto both body and wang. Build up your knowledge in both and ease into both. I believe genetics play massive roles in both - so predictions are silly longterm. Best of luck. :))

Welcome 7ofspades.

Good luck on your PE journey, try to keep persistent and motivated, and I almost promise you, if you do your work well and follow recommendations, you are definitely going to see some positive changes in the next 6 months.

Goodluck,

Thank you for the warm welcome! :)

I think I will be starting with JP's beginner routine. Unfortunately, any supplements are out of the question in my case, however I will see if with a healthy lifestyle and PE, I can get any results.

Thank you all!
