Hi guys,
I was sort of shy to ask you but I have seen the environment here and it seems a pretty understanding and welcoming community.
So, as an introduction, I am 22-years old, medium-to-well built. Down there, I am BPEL 6", and NBPEL 5.75", and girth is around 5.25". How does that range me?
Also, I would like to start training, my goal would be around 8.5" in BPEL, and around 6-6.5" in girth
.
I am already on diet (better eating aswell) and on cardio exercises to reduce weight, especially from my pelvic area.
What do you suggest? Are my goals achievable? What would you suggest as my starting point in terms of exercises?
