Been fowfering now for over 3 months and its improved my flaccid a lot. But for one month or so now, i don't seem to be getting the same extension as i used to so i'm not sure if that's gonna work to gain more length. Maybe i'm not pulling it far enough or the fact that i'm uncut make it roll back sometimes.
I often fall asleep doing these. I clearly don't toss and turn much. I will wake up in the middle of the night with a partial erection. It's pain that causes me to wake, because it's tucked in my ass!
I don't think it's a big deal. It starts to hurt, and I wake up. Everything seems to survive the ordeal.
I am just starting to put together a routine and these sound like a good addition to it. They sound simple enough and maybe well help my progress. I should (even me) be able to handle this. Thanks for the info.
You don't need a video... Just lay on your side. Lift up a leg. Poke your shaft between your legs. Reach around back and give it a little pull like your gonna try to stick it in your own behind. Press your legs together and either read a book or something for 20 minutes or have a nap while your penis just kinda does its own thing.
Sorry, if it was already mentioned but I don't have the time and will to read every post. Is there a downside/problem if I do it after edging (also edging with release?).
No, there's no problem in doing it after edging, but you may find that being completely relaxed may help. After edging, the residual engorgement may cause difficulties, so just make sure you are completely flaccid.
Also, as with any exercise, if fatigue is high, consider total workload.
I have done them now for quiet a while (6 times in 2 weeks, each side 10 minutes). Should I see an overall better flaccid hang or what exactly is the goal of fowfers and how are they any different to stretches?
Hanging involves up to 15 lbs of weight or more. I doubt bed fowfers involve more than a lb. of tension, if that.
I do about 20 - 30 minutes every night. Sometimes I fall asleep and do an hour or so. If you add a little loation, you can roll over on to you stomach and the lotion lets everything settle into place without pain.
Good information in this discussion. I have already added fowfers to my routine starting last night. It's a comfortable and casual way to get some stretching/tension when you can't get away with any other PE. I'll be doing it off and on along with some casual side to side stretching through the "peep hole" in my pajama pants while sitting here watching the Daytona 500! (GO #20!!):usa2::training1:
