10 min hot warm up, 15 min stretching, 10 min flaccid jelqing, 5 min warm down( though the water i used for warm down wasnt much hot, it was kind of mild.). DOnt know how warm down effects the gains. Also, i am feeling my dick is very exhausted and will give a break for tommorrow. I really need for flaccid gains and whatever be the gains, it will not be enough without some decent flaccid size too, just for my confidence. Though for my size even gains matter a lot . I hope they do come, someday!! .
Thanks for the advice maelsukr. I don't stretch very hard, but i have once or twice stretched it for 3-4 mins on a single go.. which might be one of the reasons of fatigue.I'm wondering how hard you are stretching ?
I'd think your pecker wouldn't get fatigued from that many jelqs .
Perhaps you need to tone down the tension you use .
Warm downs with water as hot as you use to heat up , is good .
Just stay motivated . He'll do well !!
