10 min hot warm up, 15 min stretching, 10 min flaccid jelqing, 5 min warm down( though the water i used for warm down wasnt much hot, it was kind of mild.). DOnt know how warm down effects the gains. Also, i am feeling my dick is very exhausted and will give a break for tommorrow. I really need for flaccid gains and whatever be the gains, it will not be enough without some decent flaccid size too, just for my confidence. Though for my size even gains matter a lot . I hope they do come, someday!! .

Perhaps you need to tone down the tension you use .

Thanks for the advice maelsukr. I don't stretch very hard, but i have once or twice stretched it for 3-4 mins on a single go.. which might be one of the reasons of fatigue.
Today- 10 min warm up, 15 min stretching(regular, tunica tugs-2, inner strech-2) , 10-15 min jelqs. , warm down-just warm water, will change it from next time.

Nice workout today. 15 min warm up (heatup) , basic strectching(10 min),2 30 sec tunica tugs , 2 30 sec inner strecth, 2 circle stretch, 15 min jelq, 5 min warm up (with hot water not mild) , felt good, lets see how well it hangs through the next day..

New year , new resolution and i have decided to make it a new accessment point. I will measure exactly 90 days from now after following a 90 day routine of somewhat changed JP's routine. Will do the first session today night.

Starting on a jelq routine with increase decrease of reps as suggested by BigAl.
Week 1 goal: 40 reps jan 1- jan7
Week 2 goal: 45 reps
Week 3 goal: 50 reps
Week 4 goal: 55 reps
Week 5 goal: 60 reps
Week 6: Layoff
After week 6 you'd start over but your new goal for the end of the cycle would be 70 reps:
Week 7 goal: 50 reps
Week 8 goal: 55 reps
Week 9 goal: 60 reps
Week 10 goal: 65 reps
Week 11 goal: 70 reps
Week 12: Layoff


i will do PE on Tue, Thurs, Sat and Sun with rest on other days... lets see how it goes.. Week 1 starts today!

11-12 min warm up , 15 min stretching, 10 min ~flaccid jelqing, 5 min warm down. I think one of the reasons that my dick get fatigued more quickly is beacuse i do lesser no of helis in between the stretches, infact i do stretching in 3 directions and then start with helis. and then 2 more direction and helis and then tunica tug and circle stretches and then final helis. This may be a reason that it feels all fatigued very soon apart from the reason that it is very small. Also <fingers crossed>, i think i noticed some gains in length yesterday. I took a ~2 days break and my penis was all relaxed , so when i sgtarted some edging i saw more length, but yet to be confirmed by some more observations.. hopefully it is really some gains.. .

I am right now going full length routine and wish to continue it till i reach the average length of say ~5.5 , with my present length i think i will be happy if i get 5.5 . After that i wish to do a girth intensive routine. I don't know if it is the right way to go or if i should target both at same time. I have based everything on the assumption that girth gains makes the length gains difficult, but i have read that some guys have gained both also simultaneously. Let me get familiar with some length gains before i can think of gaining both :)

10 min warm up, 10 min stretching(regular, tunica tugs, circular stretch) , 10 min slow flaccid jelqing, warm down. Don't know what is happening , one day i feel on the top of world and other day it feels that i am still too far from my goals.. hopefully time will help me to see more results as i go. Will try the Lazy ass stretches tomm. , i surely need some more flaccid to get some confidence going.

Yeah, deal with the Phimosis first which more than likely will require surgery. No use getting bigger if you can get the glans past the foreskin. This is probably a good reason now to wish you had been circumcised.

15 min warm up, 15 min stretching- half of them bundled- didnt felt much diff. but wil increase the no. of bundled stretches from next time, 10 min jelqing, 30 min edging, 5 min warm down| Today i measured and saw that my BPEL is 5 inches but my NBPEL is still ~4 inches , i don't know if these are gains or if i had taken some wrong measurements of BPEL when i noted last time as there is no increase in NBPEL.

Also no increase in flaccid.
For girth i am feeling bad as i think its a bit lesser though it may be due to no strong erection due to lot of kegels and the muscle is already tired. Am looking for a week off in some 3-4 weeks time , will then get a better measure of how it is progressing.
Anyhow, some personal level minute happiness that i am 5 inch for NBPEL :D , a long way to go if i need to get to where i wish. Things seriously go slow her, anyways i am up to it and hopefully will keep doing it till the required gains beckons.

For now the focus besides erect length gains is to do more LAS and Jai stretches to help in flaccid gains and do regular exercises for Phimosis, though my Phimosis is of type in which the skin is pretty loose even when penis is erect though my foreskin never retracts fully.

I figured out that i wasnt meaureing the right way.. i took th measurements in right way yesterday and they are as NBPEL- 4.5' BPEL- 5' EG- 4.5' FL 1-1.5' FG- 3' .
I am continuing to do the normal basic manual PE with modification that i feel can help me in length. Then once i reach atleast 5' i wish to work on girth. But only God knows how it will go. Also, i am feeling that i have not had a good solid erection in some time, maybe its because penis is tired or some other reason. Anyway on the mark and set to go, in serach of some more gains.

New set of exercies-Warm up, bundled stretches, tunica tuga, circle strecthes, Normal Jelqs, V-Jelqs, Uli, Edging(sometimes) , Warm down. Then Jai stretches, Kegels and LAS as and when get time.

13 min warm up, 15 min stretching-(bundled, helis, circle, tunica and jai ), 10 min jelqing, 20 min edging, 5 min warm down (forgot the ulis today :X) , Anyways, feeling good about the workout, i now have sufficiently measured again and again that my NBEL=4.5' , BPEL=5', EG=4.5' with a really bad flaccid, i definitely need something for my flaccid now. One thing i observed is that now i feel my dock is bigger even though the stats are same.. though i feel i definitely require more girth for sure. Time to update my signature :)
