I'm new to clamping. Can it be done using a basic penis ring, and is this what is referred to as ''manual'' clamping? And do I need a 100% erection to see gains?

Also, how long after your first PE-sessions did you start 'clamping' Hydeaway? And do short edging sessions after your routine really have any effect? I'm talking about 10-15 min instead of a warm down.

I started diligently PEing with jelqs March 1st. My flaccid length was 3.5 inches and my erect length was 6". Girth 5.25 inches. I measured this week and now I am a full 5" flaccid, 6 3/4" erect and 5.5 inches in girth!!! I could not believe it! Be patient, guys. Stay committed. I jelq about 30 minutes every day. Excellent progress hideaway, you must be pleased as hell! I started in March also, gained 1/2" in length pretty quickly, but progress has been very slow since. We do the same exercises and I've ramped up the intensity and reps from the original JP90 and do my jelqs & vjelqs totally engorged (I suspect this makes you as horny as it makes me..., my god). I also pump a couple of times a week too, hopefully my penis will positively react again soon.

Egymp - I clamp with the cable cuff I got at Home Depot. I always use 100 percent erection and stroke the entire time. I also edge after each set of 100 erect wet jelqs with no cumming. Ironmike- Yes, I am super horny all the time but it is well worth it. It is so critical to edge as much as possible without cumming. I only allow myself to cum when I have sex with my wife.
