Haven't heard from her since that day. Haven't pe'd since that day. Haven't "enjoyed" myself since that day. Haven't really done anything since that day. I've been on anti-depressants for the past month with no real improvement. I've never taken medication for anything and now i'm on ad's and ambien. Still have trouble sleeping. I don't understand how I could go from such a happy free spirit who fully enjoyed and loved every minute of life to a depressed loner in such a short period of time. Most of my friends ignore my calls now and if I do get a hold of them they already have plans. I've never been in this situation before and am having trouble finding the "light" at the end of the tunnel.

I've tried getting out and doing different things but no matter what my mind is on her. I wake up in the morning and pray before I open my eyes that there's a message from her on my phone/email/something. It's the only thing that keeps me going. Maybe today will be the day.

If it wasn't meant to be then why can't I accept that and move one. It's been how long and I don't feel as if I've gotten any better.

There's got to be a way to make it all go away

Anti depressants take a while to kick in and it can take a little bit of effort to get the right dosage.. it also sounds like your depression is situational rather then chemical..so you might be better off getting help through cognitive or talk therapy ..
Also the minute you decide you are not the victim and its her loss that is the minute you will start feeling happier, life is not fair, heart break never feels fair to the person who's heart was hurt..
