Are cold showers okay?

I have eczema so having a warm shower everyday is not ideal, i'll have like a tolerable cold shower for the majority of it and then at the end put it on really cold for 30 seconds or so..

..i've searched the forum and some say no some say fine..


i have mild hard flacid, erectile issues, premature ejaculation if that means anything..

Like i've been doing thiem more or less daily for a few years now, or at least some form of cold water on the penile area, can they shrink penis permanetly if done enough over time??? or anything negative at all

Yes the cold causes the penis to turtle and/or tense up. It's natural. As far as permanently, no.

The only way I see cold showers making your HF worse is if your PF is really blown out of commission. Does the cold water make you tense up drastically? Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it.

Noo it doesnt give me any issues at all! I was just wondering as i've done them quite frequently over the last few years and i'm sure my overal size has gone smaller over the years, obiously could be to do with many things including pelvic floor obviously etc but it's 100% no chance to do with cold water exposure?

Very unlikely. PF issues can cause loss of size tho. I've experienced it myself.
