Dr. Loria uses silicone, and to the best of my knowledge, you will have to wear a painful wrap for 21 days. I would not recommend it. DO NOT USE TRY INJECTING SILICONE TO YOUR PENIS!! DANGEROUS!


If you're seriously considering fillers, I would try hyaluronic acid.
