Hello together,

couple a days ago, looking for answers how to treat my penis injury, I stumbled upon a not very well known substance called Pentadecapeptide BPC-157. It is basically a composition of 15 amino acids that can be isolated from human gastric juice. Experimentally (only animal trials) it has been demonstrated to accelerate the healing of many different wounds tremendously, including tendon-to-bone healing and superior healing of damaged ligaments. There havent't been any scientifical trials on humans so far, but it seems to be very promising in healing any kind of human wounds (skin, muscles, nerves, bones), in reducing stress and anxiety and in bringing balance into body, according to many self-reported testimonies. It seems to be very popular in the body-building scene. Some people compared it to Wolverine's abilities to heal although this is off-course too far-fetched.

I am now a bit confused, because this seems to be too good to be true. Probably it is a hoax or some kind of placebo that these people were experiencing. I mean, if this had been really that powerful, medical doctors would have known about it.

Nervertheless, I am considering to give it a try. Although, no short term negative side-effects are reported, I am a bit worried to take a substance that has not been tested scientifically on humans, especially for long term effects. There are only self-reported testimonies for past two, three years.

Has anybody here experimented with bpc-157? I'd like to know what are the effects and if there are any side-effects. Are there any effects if you take it oraly, or is better to inject it?

And if you haven't used it before I'd like to hear some thoughts.

Thanks.

So there have been no human trials but you're going to do it anyway? Does that seem wise to you?

It is not wise at all. That's why I'am looking for answers.

I'm using it at the moment. There is a lot of info you can find using quick google searches. From what I've gathered they seem to be fairly safe as long as you use a reputable source. Biohackers like ben greenfield have been using them for a while.

I haven't tried yet. That's why I am looking for answers. There are many anegdotal testimonies that it can speed up recovery, even though many of them are probably fake like six month shoulder injury heals in 2 days or something. But there is a lack of reports for penile injuries and that's whay I started this thread.

I suffer from penile pain (Constant burning in glans, and additionaly strong dull pain at the root of the penis when I stimulate my penis with hands in order to get an erection). Hard flaccid and severe ED (only 30% possible with strong pain).

Thanks. You are the first one coming out.

For how long have you been using it? Is it helping? Do you take it orally or do you inject it (and where do you inject it)? Any side effects? How much does it cost? Can you recommend it?

Thanks in advance.

It would be very useful if you answered these questions. I am rather sceptic that it can really help, but I will probably take it. I can then at least say that I tried everything.

Well I used them for a penile injury that may or may not have been soft tissue related...did not help much at all. I also had bicep tendonitis and a strained pec when I used them and did not have much affect either on that, though I injected subcutaneous into the pubis. It's supposed to go systematic any way you take it. I used 15mg of BPC 157 and 20 mg of TB500. 250mcg of BPC twice a day and 2 mg of TB 500 every couple of days.

Honestly though your injury doesn't sound soft tissue related, possibly some sort of pelvic floor problem don't know about the burning glans (maybe that is nerve related? Just a guess, if that is an issue perhaps lions mane mushroom can help, it increase nerve growth factor). Good luck.

Thanks for the information. Actually I hoped I would find someone who had had good experiences but now I at least know that BPC is not the holy grail. There is still a chance that your supplier was not reliable but I don't believe it.

I'd be worried too, damn. Don't try anything that isn't safe. I can understand the shame that you must feel (even though you shouldn't) about going to the doctor, but it's the wisest choice. You can't be seriously interested in some drugs that weren't properly tested on humans. Ok, it's safe if you buy, let's say some collagen peptides or anything similar from known websites like <removed spam>
, but not what you've mentioned. I'm encouraging you to go and see a doctor. It's for your health.
