Hey guys, just wondering has there been much success (gains-wise) stories with this method and other methods that Janus Bifrons has made?

Got hit with HF a while back and currently doing David McCoid and Nic Bartolotta’s DCT (Dynamic Contraction Technique) programme and have noticed improvement down there. So this is main focus right now. But wondering has anyone tried AM for this?

Anyone successfully return to PE in general after curing their HF?

I had a case of HF around the six month mark in training, got a little overzealous on the routine. Took a week off and only did heated flaccid massage, kegels and very light jelqing. I was also stretching my pelvic floor (Hindi squats and the like).
That was almost 2 years ago and no problems since.
As far as AM, I found it to be nothing more than an EQ boost. The good thing is you can add it to your edging sessions without a problem. After 2 years of jumping on the fads and trends, wasting money in the process, I have found that staying the course with the tried and true methods Big Al and others have developed to be the best option for me.
Build your dick like you would anything of value, hard work and determination, one brick at a time.
Good luck-BS

I know AM1 has a short term benefit but not sure it is proven long term at all. Even the founder has jumped around and abandoned AM1... and AM2... and...

If it worked it’s cult would be much more vocal but they aren’t.

All that said, you can ease into a bit of AM1 and keep a close eye on your PI’s. If it has some benefit then try to work up to a full AM1 routine.
I do believe AM1 is safe but very limited on possible benefits.... but if it can help a HF condition that would be awesome.

Good luck!
