Hello guys, i discovered that my anal sphincter muscle(especially the interior one) is very tight and painful if i try to massage it.

The muscle is located right at the entrance of the anus so it is very easy to reach. Every time i try to internally massage it my pelvic floor gets crazy and i get a lot of iks and i feel a very big urge to poop, and also my penis turtles.

My problem is i dont know how to tackle this issue. I'm 100% sure this has an impact on my pe, i may go as far as saying that it may be the main cause since I don't have any other spot in my pelvic floor that is sore/tight.(I even tried to go deeper into my anus and it feels normal, no soreness no nothing, so the problem is only at the entrance, the sphincter muscle).

thank you

Constipation ?
Straining to defecate ?
Might want to see your doctor and get any medical condition out of the picture before proceeding.

not really, my pooping is ok other than a couple iks here and there caused by the contraction of the same muscle which triggers the whole pelvic floor into firing up

How do hindi squats and rk affect it ?
they work, the thing is my rk is too weak and the squat only makes and improvement when i sit in that position, there is no long term effect so to say.
for example when masturbating, in a squat i can last way longer and without iks but when sitting it's way different in a bad way.

Sounds like you need a stretching and rk routine.. If that doesn't work see a physio to look for underlying issues.

thank you for your response but what kind of stretching? like different poses or penis stretching, or do you know something that can directly target that area?

Overactive pelvic floor my man.
Do relaxed deep squats for a few minutes everyday to lengthen the muscles and do some reverse kegels. Do you have any soreness when sitting for long periods?

i only have soreness when i try to internally massage the muscle, i don't think deep squats will work for me as i can probably sit in a deep squat for more than half an hour since im used to it because 1.most of my childhood i used one of those WC where you need to squat, 2.i really like to sit in the squat so i do it quite often. thanks for the help

A lot of people flex their abs to do the reverse kegel but over time you should train yourself to do nothing with your abs and isolate the muscle.

i dont have that mind muscle connection yet so ill do it with help from the abs for now, also back to my original post, how should i go about fixing this really tight sphincter muscle, could voltaren or some cream be applied? i saw some post around here where people did that to ther perinium. it seems unresponsive to my massage attempts, actually it seems that it makes things even worse, even light when lightly touching

It seems like you aggravated your muscle with the massaging. It's probably best if you avoid trying to massage it again for a week or two. I don't know your progression or technique, but your muscle didn't respond well. I would let it heal and then ease back into a massaging routine starting with light external massage.
