Amazed by hanging

Hello, this is my first post and I'm so excited to be part of the hanging family.
I bought the bib starter and adjusted it according to me. I went to the fishing hole and bought a small baseball sized 5 Lbs weight, 3 Lbs and 2Lbs and also a 1 Lb weight which is perfect as it has hook holes. I also had a 10Lbs weight that I drilled into the top and epoxied a round anchor into.
I use 6 inches of basic tension wrap and tape it with hockey stick tape. I get excellent grip and no slippage and absolutely no sticking to the skin.
I grip the tip of my penis to remove the blood and place the penis deep in the bib. I close it and clamp with my left hand and gently pull out as I tighten until there is no more movement on the penis.
I sit in my computer chairs edge and place my feet up on my stool so my pelvis points upwards. BTC. Il do 10 min on a timer like that then I will do 10 min standing and sitting. SD
I take a 20 min break in between sets removing the hanger but keeping the tension bandage on and simple rolling my dick between my hands as if starting a fire.
Il do this routine 4 times in the morning and 2 times at night.
After my 4th set I will use coconut oil and sit on the edge of my chair and quick jelque for 2 sets of 100 each.

I started this exact routine Dec 19th and it's now Jan 20 and I have just measured a .5 " increase in both erect and flaccid states.
I started the first week with just 5 Lbs BTC stretching a V above my dick. This stretched a lot of skin and some ligament. I stayed at this weight for 1 week then jumped up to 8 Lbs for two weeks and the last week I have been using the 10Lbs weight.
I am seriously starting to feel an all day soreness in the V area and it is such an awesome feeling.
I'm super impressed of a .5" increase in just one month.
I'm hoping to see more gains as I stick to the 10Lbs for the next month.

Thoughts and comments ?

Hey Steave and welcome to the Gym and family of hangers...I can't wait to join!

I'm a bit jealous...but congrats on your amazing .5" gain in one month...that's why I'm really looking forward to hanging sometime this spring.

Posts like yours are a real encouragement to would be hangers like me and the rest of our PEGym family.

Just remember to not rush the increase in weights. Milk all the gains you can from the lower weights, you don't want to toughen up your dick by going too heavy too fast.

It looks like you have the technique down quite well. KFH has made a good point. Advancing too fast will build you a tough dick that will be more resistant to gains. You are gaining now so slow down and add weight only as needed.

Thank you the support guys, I will stick to the 8-10 pound weights for at least the next 3 months. Even when I hang BTC and really lean back I need to reduce the weight to 8 Lbs and il just ride that burning stretch.
Does anyone know when to start changing up the angle of attack such as strait out or strait up ? And what exactly do these other angles do ? isnt it still stretching the ligaments ?

It's BTC and SD that work the ligs the most. The other ways are for working the tunica at different angle. Stick with the BTC and SD for a few months to get the most out of you lig gains first. Even though these angle work the ligs it is also working the tunica also, so you can still make tunica gains as well.

Thanks guys, il take it slow and keep it consistent between 8 and 10 Lbs for the next 2 or 3 months and see if it keeps lengthening at those weights.
Il have to start doing some keegles tho to strengthen the muscles to keep a quality erection tho, I have a feeling that this could be equally important to gaining size.

I've read some really good things on this website and I want to thank everyone for sharing the pros and the cons of working out.

Can anyone educate me on a routine or two that has worked for keegles ?

My wife knows I PE, but her surprise and honest enthusiasm with my growth are always very encouraging.

Awesome gains! I recomend you start a log and track your progress in detail. It will help others, but most importantly it will keep you in check and you can fall back and easily see evidence of what/when/how u did.

I havent noticed any base girth gains or any girth gains yet, I am seriously only concerned about my lenght gains DickerSchwanz.
My wife has a kim Kardashian type ass so obviously i need more lenght jajajaja
my goal would be something like you have to be honest, if that will happen or not i suppose will only happen if i am dedicated to the daily 2 hrs of hang time.
I recently bought the penimaster pro extender to keep it in the extended state after hanging but i havent recieved it yet. So im hopping that will help speed up the lenghtening process to be permanent.

Has anyone used extenders after hanging and could provide some feedback on the process etc.

I wear an extender for a few hours after hanging. I can't say for sure if it helps with gains or not. I will say that I have a much better hang after using the extender compared to not using it after hanging.

Well, I do believe in letting it heal in the stretched position hence why i thought keeping elongated with an extender with minimal pulling force just to keep it from retracting. I'm still waiting for it to arrive in the mail so I'm excited to see if it makes a difference.
anyone else have any stories to share in relation to hanging and extenders ?

Extending after hanging does make for a good routine, you can definitely feel it working.

I don't think you need to goto the extent of using an extender but more of an all day stretcher for best results. Some can get away with just using a sleeve where as others will need something like the phallosan.

When your ready to up your routine you can add in fulcrum hanging sets and bundled.

Also to help assist in getting fatigue faster and more stretch an infrared heat lamp does wonders(the heat is more penetrative then rice sock) and you can use it while hanging

Just a little Update boys, I got another .25 of an inch on top of the .5 inch i got in my first month. now at .75 of an inch in just over 2 months of hanging. I've stayed at 10 Lbs but added the 3 hrs of mechanical stretching to the routine and it seems to just keep the hang for much longer and the next day when i wrap to hang it really really stretches out.
I also bought the silicone sleeves from Zen Hanger to put around the circumsision scar and that really seems to help with discomfort around that area and besides its very important to protect that particular area friends.

Hey guys, just thought i would share my results and my routine as it seems to be working for me. let me know what you think and if theres anything else worth talking about
Hanging



  • Dec, 1st Month, 5 to 8 pounds-5 days per week, 4 sets of 20 min per day BTC between the cheeks (primary angle) -80 daily minutes
  • Jan, 2nd Month ,10 pounds-5 days per week, 4 sets of 20 min per day Strait down (secondary angle) 80 daily minutes
  • Feb, 3rd Month, 10 pounds, 5 days per week, 4 sets of 20 min per day BTC & SD, 2 sets SD, 2 sets BTC, 80 daily minutes
  • Mar, 4th Month, 10 to 12 pounds, 5 days per week 6 sets of 20 min, 6 sets 3BTC & 3SD, 120 daily minutes


Starting measurements ( Dec 19th 2016 )
Flaccid length = 5.25“ stretched out
Flaccid girth = 5.2”
Bone Pressed Erect Length = 5.8”
Erect girth = 5.5”


Jan 19 measurements
Flaccid length stretched out = 6.25"
Bone Pressed Erect length = 6"


Feb 19 measurements
Flaccid length stretched out = 7 "
Bone Pressed Erect length = 6.5"


10 Hrs = 120 min of strapped in time per week = 30 sets of 20 minutes per week = 6 sets / day


key points
Measure only once a month
Warm up with heat pad for 15 min, stretch all angles before mounting the hanger
Tighten hanger, use 3 Lbs for 3 min to slowly stretch the ligaments etc to prevent injuries then attach your workout weights
Take 10 min breaks between sets with the heat pad with a 3 Lbs weight on top of the ligament. Rub the dick between your hands to restore circulation.
Repeat for remaining sets, Tighten hanger, use 3 Lbs for 3 min on the first set to slowly stretch the ligaments etc to prevent injuries then attach your workout weights
Cool Down with heat pad for 10 min, wrap loosely for traction for 2-3 hours to help heal in the extended state
Take the weekends off !
