Hello, this is my first post and I'm so excited to be part of the hanging family.
I bought the bib starter and adjusted it according to me. I went to the fishing hole and bought a small baseball sized 5 Lbs weight, 3 Lbs and 2Lbs and also a 1 Lb weight which is perfect as it has hook holes. I also had a 10Lbs weight that I drilled into the top and epoxied a round anchor into.
I use 6 inches of basic tension wrap and tape it with hockey stick tape. I get excellent grip and no slippage and absolutely no sticking to the skin.
I grip the tip of my penis to remove the blood and place the penis deep in the bib. I close it and clamp with my left hand and gently pull out as I tighten until there is no more movement on the penis.
I sit in my computer chairs edge and place my feet up on my stool so my pelvis points upwards. BTC. Il do 10 min on a timer like that then I will do 10 min standing and sitting. SD
I take a 20 min break in between sets removing the hanger but keeping the tension bandage on and simple rolling my dick between my hands as if starting a fire.
Il do this routine 4 times in the morning and 2 times at night.
After my 4th set I will use coconut oil and sit on the edge of my chair and quick jelque for 2 sets of 100 each.
I started this exact routine Dec 19th and it's now Jan 20 and I have just measured a .5 " increase in both erect and flaccid states.
I started the first week with just 5 Lbs BTC stretching a V above my dick. This stretched a lot of skin and some ligament. I stayed at this weight for 1 week then jumped up to 8 Lbs for two weeks and the last week I have been using the 10Lbs weight.
I am seriously starting to feel an all day soreness in the V area and it is such an awesome feeling.
I'm super impressed of a .5" increase in just one month.
I'm hoping to see more gains as I stick to the 10Lbs for the next month.
