Thing is my EQ has gone down. Lately I have been experiencing some ED, it quickly goes down without stimulation. It seems to have gotten a little better, but I still have a harder time maintaining a full erection for long. This is a relatively recent development. There could be a lot of causes to that which I'm trying to rule out, but that's a whole other topic.
How much size do I think I gained with PE? I really don't know as I never took measurements, if I had to guess it would be half an inch in girth and half an inch in width. I really don't know though, those guesses could be way off.
Would abstaining really reduce EQ even more?
EQ really depends on your lifestyle, your diet, the supplements you take the number of times you have sex or edge, whether your pelvic floor is balanced or not, your cardiovascular health, whether you smoke or not ect. The fact is all of these things can affect EQ but one thing that dramatically increases and thereafter maintains a high erection quality is (responsible) PE. Particularly jelqing in my experience.
So I wouldn't phrase it as abstaining reducing EQ because if all of the above are in order it is absolutely possible to maintain an EQ of 10 without PE. However PE, I believe, is one of the most influential factors that positively affects EQ.
