Already 6in girth should I still jelq?

The title pretty much says it all. I know that jelqs are also a length exercise but I'm wondering if I should just focus on stretches for length. I have an x4 extender and I was doing JP's 90 day except, instead of doing the stretche,s I'd just strap on the extender for a few hours and then do the jelqs (standard and "v"). I guess my question is this: Can my time be better spent doing something else besides jelqing? Should I keep Jelqing but do less of them? I need to lock down a routine because I keep messing around and I feel like I'm wasting time. Thanks in advance guys!

Jelqs at lower erection levels focus directly on length and I think they're pretty effective, and they're easy :)

I think jelqing is good for general penis health, and also good for conditioning. How long have you been PEing?

If you're worried about extra girth, you could try and do your jelqs at a lower erection level. Lower erection level targets length, and higher erection level targets girth.

Actually, I usually end up doing jelqs at around 30-40% anyways and always thought I was wasting my time. I've been stretching in the extender VERY infrequently for about a year now but incorporating a real routine for about 3 months. Again, not on the schedule I'd like. Sometimes I plan to stretch for 2 hours and then Jelq but only end up stretching. Am I wasting my time guys? Im not worried about adding more girth but I'd just RATHER get length, you know? So if i can exchange one exercise for another I wanna do that. Also, jelqing would be ALOT easier for me if I could do them dry. Are they less effective this way? Am I more likely to get stretched skin or something?

Thing is, you may need some girth exercises to get that length. I think that girth exercises and jelqing build up the erectile tissue and smooth muscle, which can then more effectively push out (including forwards) the stretched tunica. But.. there are length exercises that would target ligaments more than tunica, so I guess this wouldn't be as much of an issue.

SD and BTC hanging obviously can target ligaments more (but usually done after more conditioning). I like to hold a manual stretch straight down, and also behind the leg, left and right side.

If you are circumsized, dry jelqing might be less effective because you can't continue the stroke for as much down the shaft, as your basically using loose shaft skin as the lubrication. Also, loosening the grip to do the next jelq may be slightly less effective then using two hands. If you are uncut, they are certainly convenient and mess free.

I gotcha guys. So do you think my extender plus jelq is the way to go? In essence, am I getting more use out of both by combining the two methods?

Buy the larger sized base if you go with an extender. I got 5.4 girth or so mid shaft and over 6 girth at the base and it's hell getting the standard exender base over the bottom of my shaft. I have to be completely flacid or it won'tt go all the way down.

I have the standard base and I dont have a problem but i go in soft and get only hard enough for the head swell then i stay flaccid the whole time im strapped in. Whats your routine Darin?

Light jelqing for EQ and overall penis health. Extender for length, sounds like a solid plan to me.

You might be the lucky ones who blows up with hanging , length wise. Just make sure to stick it out.. But you can definately count on getting some base girth.

If you want more than 6" girth jelq, if you don't don't jelq then. 6" is big enough for most women. :)

You had asked about hanging, since you are conditioned and you are looking for length then I think hanging may be the way to go. Read up on the sticky threads in the devices forums. They will help you to get a better understanding of what you are in for. Good luck on your decision.

Depends are you 6 inches base or midshaft & I'm a lil over 6 inches mid & I have no major issues getting bjs
