Advice on structuring a routine

Hello, would like some input on how to structure a routine. I have the following:

Warm up
Clamping
Jelqing
Erect Kegels
Warm down

Is the order of the exercises correct? Also what is a good/safe starting point for all 3 exercises and how best to add reps/minutes?

In the majority of cases, structuring your routine as follows is great for synergy:

Warm up > Girth > Length > Kegel-type movements > Edging > Warm down

If you're prone to getting too erect for stretches, then swapping the length and girth positions are recommended.
