* Every Month or so im going to try to add a new stretch till I can't anymore so Ive added the A stretch.

* I have changed the way I do power shakes a little after reading the original post from Stans stretching log. I will endeavor to do 4 sets within 10 minutes. The difference is now I try to do half the sets shaking from side to side while moving my hand up and down my shaft. Usually I would do the shakes like a normal helicopter only I would advance my hand a little up the shaft after shaking one section for no less then 20 seconds. I will most likely combine both movement sets.

* I will also endeavor to post on my log every time i see a increase in my measurements in order to try and chart how its taking me to grow.

As of now BPFSL 6 3/4 in BPEL 6 1/2 in.
