Clamping post workout definitely has a super-uli effect. Major expansion, even with moderate clamping force. May need to tighten a click or two, as I started to lose erection in the last couple minutes. One step at a time....

Another good one. Nice plump afterwards, clamping probably helped that. :) Wood at night, steel in the morning!

Rest Days


Though they were technically scheduled rest days that I wanted to skip as "make up days", but life happens and I had to use them anyway.

It was this time last year that I took a 5 month break, because things got too hectic. I must realize this and make a focused effort to push through.

It will be a test of my own dedication, and I will not falter! Challenge accepted! :ballchain:

Good workout, had some help from the wife, who got her show in return. Nice, slow effective jelqs, and good clamp afterwards. Though I had started to lose the erection at the last minute, but I think the cold weather has an effect with that. Must make adjustments to avoid this, maybe a warm rice sock wrap to stay heated.

Might be time to step up the jelq count. While it still has a good effect, I think my body is telling me it could use a little more. I will proceed slowly, so I don't over-do it with the clamping.

Regular work out, decent hang afterwards.

The real impressive result came later at bedtime. A raging N.W. that was almost uncomfortable. :confused: I don't know if it was from the expansion "tenderness", or the high EQ level, but it was intense. Guess that means I'm on the right track :thumb:.

Stepped up jelq time. Great effect, seriously plump afterwards. Wife got a show too, she was happy. :rolleyes:

A little late on getting ready for PEGym's Jelq for Health coming up in November, but I figure I can gradually, and safely, increase my jelqs. That way I can contribute a personal maximum amount. Every one helps!

Alright, took my rest days at the very last moment specifically to get ready for Jelq for Health Month. Will be trying to count instead of time. May get the wife's help with that! ;)

Alright, so I wanted to step up my time for the Jelq for Health, but I didn't want to overdo it. So I put clamping on the back burner for a minute, but will pick it back up if all goes well with my increased times.

Wanted to count jelqs for accuracy, but I have always lost count. So I came up with a way to do it, by putting a pedometer (step counter) on my wrist with one of my wife's hair-ties. I have to shake it a little to get it to work, but it does work. Counts every other jelq, so all I have to do is double it! :biggrin1:

Workout felt great, nice plump, and no discomfort!

Got in another good one! Still good effects.

According to the math, 300 should take 15 mins, but between re-lubing and adjusting the erection percentage, it ends up at 20. Interesting, glad I decided to count.

Seriously though, I can tell I'm in my upper range. Those other numbers on there kind of stun me. 1000, 800, 700...woof, that's some serious work. Kind of inspiring when you think about it, the time, dedication, and conditioning required to reach that point.
