Third party perception BS in the workplace.

They have no clue what is really going on. They have not even attempted to know you in the slightest, despite your best effort to introduce yourself. Yet your the bad guy because they don't like the way you interact with another co-worker, because that's the perception and there is nothing you can do about it. And, of course, there is no recourse or defending yourself, because it is all done completely anonymous.

When did we stop being allowed to be human? I understand an appropriate level of professional decorum is required. But, when you are not allowed to be yourself in the slightest. All you end with up is a bunch of pent up, puckered butt, sour pusses. Not a fun environment.

That feeling when you see/hear folks giving advice to someone else that is similar to your own issues and yet all you can do is laugh and get angry. Can't say I like that I responded that way all that much.

Anyone else getting tired of AC/DC in every single movies trailer? Now I am big fan of them, but damn if I don't hear Back in Black in three different commercials or trailers for things nowadays.

If any of you own a restaurant, make sure your kitchen floors are not concrete only. Those floors are terrible and harder to clean, thanks to the porous property of concrete.

Had to clean a kitchen for a tavern we got recently (I work for a cleaning company), and it took me 2 1/2 hours to clean a kitchen that was about 150 sq. ft. when that is like the 5th of the size of other kitchens that I can clean in about 30-45 minutes.

So, what do you do when your advise is being frowned upon? And you realize that some how you've upset someone, although you meant well and can't recall doing so.

Then you simply have no choice but to stop giving advise.

This little fella who is paralyzed from the chest down wasn't allowed into Harrods by the security guards because his wheelchair didn't look like the real thing! Honestly...get a life!!!

Why do "well known" journalists from the BBC have to "jet off" to the Mediterranean and have a "live" broadcast for 20 seconds outside the Greek government buildings, looking healthy and tanned, on the state of the Greek situation when they could just as well report exactly the same news from the BBC buildings in London?

Is that where my TV license fee is going?
