Looks like my last 5x t-shirt has finally seen its end. Guess this means I have to go clothes shopping at some point, but then that would mean I have to go clothes shopping and I hate that, although I guess I can't keep wearing a shirt that is comprised of 15% holes.

The only thing more boring than clothes shopping is watching watching dry paint. That's right, you don't even get the enjoyment of watching the paint dry, that is how bad clothes shopping is.

Islander, I agree with your comment regarding judgement. Most of my life's decisions are based on some form of judgement. I have decided not to place value on negative comments from others and that gives me the power to move on, without worrying about what others think . I don't think you are missing anything! Also, thanks for the input about married men flirting. I am guilty of this , for the same reasons given by Party. Awareness of negative behavior will bring about change .

Is flirting OK if the intent is not to pick up someone? Or is the intent what makes it flirting? This may sound rhetorical or stupid, but it is not meant to be. I often get accused of flirting, but I think I am just being nice. I am not trying to pick anyone up. Also the fear of that accusation has limited my interactions with some very nice people, male and female. I am truly confused.

Personally I don't have a problem with flirting, especially if it's flirting without intent. I have a friend that I flirt with all the time. Yes there's a bit of chemistry there but he and I both know that we will never end up in bed together, it's just not going to happen. But we can flirt and exchange a bit of witty repartee and it's a bit of a game. It's fun, and it makes each of us feel good for a while.

I don't wear my wedding ring, neither does my wife. Mine falls off, actually lost it outside in the snow once, found it a month later , losing it scared the sh*t out of me, she put that ring on my finger, in front of God and she can get hers off. So I " look" available I guess and have been come on to mostly because I have blue Clint Eastwood eyes. When a women has commented about them, "neat eyes" I usually say they aren't blood shot today, LOL.

Anytime you speak to someone to get a sexual ruse out of them or for yourself it's flirting. Other than that it's just being social, nice, kind, outgoing etc and I have no problem with it.
Single to single flirting no problem.
Look if anyone of you were anywhere near me you would say omg what a flirt. I'm accused of it all the time. That's being I have a big smile and tons of energy and laughter and quick on the come back. You will laugh you can't help it because I am always laughing.
But I am not trying to get aroused by it. Nor am I trying to arouse you. If you are single watch out. Interested or not it just happens haha

I'm in the retail business, it may be wrong, no it is wrong, but if a woman comes to my store to flirt with me and spend money, ok. I never came on to her or gave her any reason to think I was interested. My wife at our store, while not trying to look available, men, being men, have wandering eyes. When I catch one checking out her ass or breasts , I let her know. She always shakes her head no but gets a rush out of it and smiles. She doesn't believe me at the great age of 52 and pushing 200 pounds, but she is a natural beauty. Why can't this be innocent fun for a couple whose best days are behind them, and who are completely committed to eachother, rings or no. We have radio ads that clearly state it's D___ and N___ store. Come and say hello

I'm bothered easily when people tell others how they perform a task as if it's the only way it can be done. When in fact it's simply their preference.
It confuses people who are new and there to learn. They need to know the rules as fact and the way to perform those tasks at what works well for them. Give them examples or ideas but your process is not a fact or rule. It's just your opinion, process or preference.

Here are some of my thoughts about friendship.

I think that friendship should be mutual meaning that if your friend with someone you both should have intrest in eachother.

I never had that type of friendship it was always me who was making the effort to call and ask to hang out and it was frustrating.

It is really frustrating when your the one making all the effort and trying to fit in I just hate that. Now looking back to it I think it was not worth it to be friends with those people.

I know there is nothing wrong with me and that I can handle a good conversation and make it interesting. I'm also not a boring person while at the same time I do not have any pre set jokes but I come up with funny things during certain situations.

I guess I felt a bit like an outsider since I'm not from this country but I look totally normal and have lived here for years.

Anyways from now on I'm going to only pursue a friendship with someone if I notice that they have intrest in me and I'm not the only one who wants to be friends.

Friends should be helping you to grow as a person and make you feel happier. I would not call those my friends who would just waste my time and just do dumb things.

I need to be more open to new people since I tend to overthink things and not trust people that much.

I never was a follower I rather do my thing than be a follower or follow a group.

I'm not talking about female friends just in general.

My wife doesnt exercise at all and I understand we have a son so no time for exercise, but shut the holy fuck up if you're gonna whine and say you're fat and mix all these concoctions of herbs and tea and fruit waters and say its good for you and helps you lose weight and then devour cake an ice cream right before bed!!
