A casual PE looking for more girth.

I've ben doing jelq and horse squeezes for what seems like two years just casually when bored, they help my dick throab.

7 1/2 errect
and just short 5 in girth.

Since i'm familiar with these exercises and can put alot of tension on my cock and now looking for better girth workouts.
What exercise should i use for a casual approach?

Perform said exercises with a clamp.

Make the decision to transition from PE being a casual undertaking to PE being as natural and frequent as sleeping. I was a casual PE'r for about 10 years until recently. I regret the time I wasted.

My girth is only like 3 1/2 on flaccid. Its a needle dick, idk if i could use a clamp

Clamps come in varying sizes.

Id rather not use clamps at this moment in time.
Do you think jelq and horse squeeze everyday can still improve girth? Or should i include another exercise to gain girth faster?

Have you done the conditioning routine first? before you seriously hurt yourself. Do the jp90 routine and you'll get girth gains from it and condition yourself to do more advance exercises later on.

Besides v jelq Iv been doing all those for a long time.
Im looking now to work on girth exclusively for a few weeks.
So i want to focus on my horse squeeze and sum other girth helping exercises. Which is what i need advice on. Im very good with the simple jp90, now i need sumthing ellse just for girth.

I doubt ill gain any more length im already 7 1/2. :/

Ok good luck. But if you did v jelqs and good with the simple jp90, hope that means youve done them for atleast 90 days before starting horse squeezes and other advance excerises or you're not going to be happy when you get hurt and have to take weeks or more off then start over again.

Ya, Ive ben doing this for well over a year and horse squeezes are simple to me know. I want to do other exercises similar to HS, again sumthing for girth exclusively. Suggestions?

Ahh i see this now.

What you're going to have to do is first start light and consistently. Doing it "here and there" when bored will not get any kind of results

I've done nothing but Jelqs and Modified Jelqs that I call "SBE"s (It's a combination of a Stretch and a Jelq) because there's no name for them that I found.

Worked well for me until the willy got used to it, or I stopped being consistent. I think a bit of both actually.

You could try engleangle's first routine with mostly horse squeezes and his modified high intensity Uli.

When i say casual i mean most everday but no type of log or counting system, i just do what feels right andnit has showed me gains.

I do uli at very intense levels too and i think those help my erections more then anything.

Im 7 1/2 and doubt ill have any more length gains, for awhile i wana spend time cementing girth.

Oh dude, in that case i'm a "Casual PE'er"

I don't really want to do this more than 15 to 20 minutes a day. I only work when My winky feels good enough to work

And you can continue length gains until you're 15" if you want. Set a goal and shoot for it! I started at 7.25" I'm now.... wait let me check it fluctuates... 8.625" It bounces around from 8.5 to 8.75" I'm shooting for 9.25" BPEL. I know what you mean, wanting more girth, I started at 5.25"... My record high was 6.0" i fell back to 5.75 after a month long break, but at my last check it was 5.875" and I'm shooting for 6.25" mid shaft girth.

I started the end of January this year. from 7.25" to 8.75" in about 4-5 months. been hanging around this size for a few months now LOL!
