My ex wife left a couple of years ago.I just want to see if can improve down there when I get back in the dating scene.I did have a really bad groin hernia for years.A little over a year ago had a surgery for it.Other than one swollen testicle that hangs a little low it seems to be doing great.

Yes I've been doing some manual stretches and I just got a cheap pump off eBay the other day.I do believe the pump enhanced erection quality.My next investment will probably be a higher quality air pump since I was impressed with the cheap one.I have been jump roping to improve my cardio and lose weight.Impoved my diet and I'm going to try find some high quality natural supplements.

welcome! PE works, and is TOTALLY worth it.. I've been forced to switch to magnum condoms because of PE (smaller ones break now).. Its a good problem to have!

The other is Physical Education. i.e., resistance training along with your cardio.
Great for both your health and fitness. Plus, IMHO, the ladies like fit guys!
I, too, was divorced and single and met my bride at a gym. Unfortunately, she was married and left the gym.
Sometime later, she divorced her husband, and I ran into her, and the rest is history.
