hey so i have been reading quite some things here but i would like to have your take as a pro since the internet and especially in this type of area is full of sh*t and affiliates trying to grab cash on the expense of actual helpul info.

i'm now starting from 0, considering i practice solid as in the sticky treads, jelq, oriental, towel, all that, same amount of days in the week... what should i expect?
i understand that it's different from one person to another, but generally speaking, common results.

how does extenders and pumps come into play here? i never tried extender but i pretty like pumps, should i pump in parallel to the other things? does it replaces it?

My balls always get pressure from the pump, they're being pulled in, how can i manage that in a better way?

what is a literal scam that shows all over the place but it's better to avoid altogether?

Can some one repord a success first hand? how much growth in how much time and following which guides or what equips?

Super loaded question PE like most things in life takes some form of dedication and consistency. The better question IMO instead of asking how long or is this is a scam is why are you going down this journey and how long are you willing to stay on a routine to achieve results.

Plenty of people have had gains and plenty haven’t. Tugging on your meat too much too soon is a sure shot way to see 0 gains and lots of injuries. Personally I prefer extending for length and pumping and clamping for girth that’s has helped me reach my goals…the first 6 months I did length only. The last 12 months (18 total) I do both together wouldn’t recommend until you’re conditioned for that.

This is not advice just opinion 3 hours of length worth 5-6 days per week starting at 1.5-2lbs eventually getting to 3-5lbs should get you some decent results if you’re a newbie. (1/2” + in a year is reasonable IMO) hope that helps you in some way

No not anymore with manuals personal preference. I like repeatable actions you can see my log here for specifics for the first 12 months. I started with an old JES extender I had from 2008-10 I never used until last year. Then switched to a best extender when I had some nerve damage from the noose of the JES and then eventually modified the JES to allow for a vacuum cup still use both for maintenance but the JES I have pretty much out grown & no longer chasing length I wish I would have stopped that pursuit much sooner. For girth I use a leluv pump with gauge and 2 clamps one cable clamp from 08-10 and one new design cable cuff pro.
