Quick Extender Pro Noob Help

Hi all, I recently got a QEP value edition on sale in hopes of increasing my girth. Overall I’m happy with my size (6.7BPEL x 4.6-4.75MEG dependent on EQ) and my GF is mad that I’m even doing this and says she doesn’t want it any bigger, but just like girls say with makeup “I’m doing it for myself 💅🏼”. I genuinely don’t care about length, I just read a few threads on here where people had girth gains in just a few months from the device. My goal would be around 7x5.25 and likely stop once I hit that. I’ve seen people get those results in 3-5 months from threads and that would be perfect.

So I just have a few noob questions as from reading threads the instructions included are on the conservative side.

Question 1: should my user size be based off my BPEL? The instructions say to not compress into pubic area, which I’m about 6.1 NBPEL. I started with the medium rods per instruction, but I barely felt tension and don’t think it’s going to do much.

Q2: My max BPFSL is 6.9. From other threads, I should be trying to stretch to that? I currently added all the bars except the last 1 small set and am very close to max stretch, but still could go a little more. Should I add the last set, order more bars and use the tension screws at the bottom for the time being? With the current setup I can definitely feel the stretch more than their recommended setup.

I’ll try and keep a log for you guys and will check back for any tips. Appreciate any help and cheers to all on this journey!

You should be extending to your max BPFSL with the springs compressed some. If the springs aren't compressed a little, you're not doing much good. You can check out my threads on the modifications I made to my QEP to make it easier to use or just send me a PM.

Você deve estender o braço ao máximo com as molas um pouco comprimidas. Se as molas não estiverem um pouco comprimidas, o resultado não será muito bom. Você pode conferir meus tópicos sobre as modificações que fiz no meu QEP para facilitar o uso ou simplesmente me enviar uma mensagem privada.

I have been using the Quick Extender Pro for 55 days and would like to hear from people who have achieved length gains, especially those who have surpassed 500, 1000, or even 2000 hours of use.
My history:
  • 55 days of use
  • Approximately 382 hours and 47 minutes accumulated
  • Average of 7–8 hours per day
  • Currently using 1 long rod + 2 short rods
  • Main direction: downward (I have an upward curvature)
  • No major injuries so far, only some scrotal skin irritation caused by the base pressing against the skin
  • I also use the DSS system, but I constantly need to re-tighten it because it tends to loosen and slip
Rod progression:
  • Started with the original setup
  • Gradually added short rods
  • Reached 1 medium rod + 3 short rods
  • Then switched to 1 long rod
  • Currently using 1 long rod + 2 short rods

At first, I used to wear it for about 3 hours straight, then take breaks of 1–2 hours before putting it back on until I reached 7–8 hours of total daily use. Recently, I changed my routine and started following a more structured schedule.
Current protocol:

  • Four blocks of approximately 2 hours each
  • 10-minute breaks between blocks
  • During breaks I use warm water and perform a light massage / very gentle jelq movements to improve circulation
  • Around 8 hours of daily use
My questions:
  1. For those who reached 1000–2000+ hours, what real gains did you achieve?
  2. Did you mainly wear it downward or did you alternate directions?
  3. Do you think using it 80–90% downward and 10–20% straight forward is beneficial?
  4. Does warming up and massaging during every break make sense?
  5. Did you follow the recommendation of adding one short rod every 56 hours?
  6. At what point did you start noticing permanent gains?
So far, I have not noticed any clear increase in length, but I have noticed stronger and fuller erections.
Measuring has always been difficult for me because my penis curves upward. Depending on the angle, I get different measurements, and I often have to adjust the ruler to get a reading.
Measurements:
Before starting:
  • I do not have a completely reliable erect baseline measurement.
  • My reference was approximately 16–17 cm stretched flaccid length (BPFSL).
Current measurement (Day 55):
  • Approximately 16.2–16.4 cm erect non-pressed
  • Approximately 18.2 cm bone-pressed erect length (BPEL)
Notes:
  • Due to the upward curvature, obtaining consistent measurements is difficult.
  • I only started tracking measurements more carefully after accumulating several hundred hours of use.
I have attached photos of my setup. Could you please tell me if I am using the extender correctly?

Any advice from experienced users would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Fabricio, welcome to the forums!

I don't have any experience with the Quick Extender Pro, but I'm sure you'll get some word from guys with extender experience here. The forums can be a little slow this time of year, so hang in there.

Just a couple of other tips with the forums because you are new.
